The family house is located on the Montgo and has from the terrace a beautiful sea view.
When you enter the house you are in the living room with dining area from where you can go to the kitchen. The bedroom with the double bed has a private bathroom with washing machine (laundry spindle is available).
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There is a full bath with two sinks Between the two bedrooms.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet street. By car it is in about 8 minutes in the city center of Denia. Denia is located directly on the Mediterranean Sea, has a very beautiful harbor and you can dine and watch the boats at the finish. The downtown area is very comfortable, you can sit comfortably in the many street cafes or go shopping comfortably. Denia has a very long beach you can walk kilometers long. There is also near a natural beach where you can very good diving and snorkelling. Shops are plentiful (Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Consum, etc.). On Fridays you can visit a farmers market in front of the market hall and buy fresh produce.

Great house!
I was there with my family. Great house, has everything you need. The Frerichs family are very lovely and friendly people!! However, I would really only recommend driving there by car, as it is up on the mountain. Denia is very beautiful, especially with many shops. Eating outside is also nice. Great area! I can only recommend it! The sea is also very clean and beautiful; occasionally, you have to hold onto your beach umbrella :)

Great holiday flat, great location
We spent 14 days in the beautiful holiday home. We wanted for nothing during the 14 days. A large living, dining area offers enough space for everyone. The 3 bedrooms are also large enough. Plaster, sewing kit, board games, ironing board, etc.. Everything is available. The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of Denia and the sea. In the back the mighty Montgo. The sea, town and shopping facilities are within easy reach. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend the holiday home and would be happy to come back ourselves.

Finally, "summer!"
We also enjoyed our stay at Casa Wolfi very much. The house is beautifully located on the mountain with a breathtaking view down over Spanish houses, palm trees, pine trees, blooming oleanders, and lush bougainvillea down to the sea. Far away from large hotel complexes. The house itself is very nicely divided and very well equipped - nothing was missing. As already mentioned, the wonderful terrace has been our main place to stay, sometimes in the shade, sometimes in the sun - everything was possible. The town of Denia is very picturesque, has nice restaurants and shopping opportunities, and a wonderful beach with beautiful, warm(!) Mediterranean Sea - simply fantastic. In the nearby and somewhat further surroundings, there are very nice excursion destinations. However, without a car, this is not possible. The distances are too great for that, but once you are back in the house, you will have wonderful peace and relaxation. Not so suitable for families with small children. There are definitely beautiful hiking tours possible – the house is located on the mountain, but during our stay, it was too hot for larger activities. We felt very well taken care of by the caretaker of the house, everything worked out and we received many useful tips! So - all in all, lovely!

A wonderful vacation in Denia, Southern Spain.
We were mostly with two married couples in the house. The division and location of the rooms ideally offer a certain privacy, as two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The living room is centrally located, from which the individual rooms lead off, including a generously equipped kitchen with everything you need. We were thrilled with the large, sheltered terrace. We spent most of our time there, weather-permitting. Through the design, one can choose a shaded and a sunny area throughout the day.
The view of the surroundings with the beautiful houses, the southern lush vegetation including pines and palms was breathtaking.
Since the house is built on the slope of the mountain and at an appropriate height above Denis, the summer heat is very bearable there.
The best way to cover the distance to the city is by motorized vehicle. The footpath would be too strenuous in the summer. In the city, there is everything a tourist's heart desires, along with a long beach that offers everything from mass tourism to solitude, that is Costa Blanca. A wonderful time in a beautiful holiday home and friendly care from the caretaker is unfortunately now behind us. Thank you, Spain, thank you Denia, and thank you Casa-Wolfi.
