The 70 sqm ground floor apartment offers space for up to 4 people. Additional person on request.
The apartment includes a large modern living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a large double bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We really liked Horumersiel.

We were at the German North Sea for the first time and researched places and accommodations online before booking. The town of Horumersiel appealed to us with its charming village. There are many small shops, bakeries, ice cream cafes, bike rentals, Edeka, restaurants, and cafes. The sea, sandy beach, and beach meadow are quickly reachable on foot. The town was not too crowded. We easily got a table at the restaurant for the evening. The holiday apartment Lenchen is just as we imagined it. Everything was clean and worked well and is very modern. The beds are very hygienic and the mattresses are very good. The bathroom has two windows and a ground-level shower. Cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, and everything needed in the kitchen is there. We have already reserved for next year and are already feeling a bit of longing and anticipation. It was nice.

Easter in Horumersiel

We would like to thank you for allowing us to stay in the beautiful vacation rental at Haus Lenchen. We were in Horumersiel over Easter and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The walk-in shower is suitable for older people. The kitchen is very well-equipped and we didn't miss anything.
We would like to come back to Haus Lenchen next year.

Hello! We felt very comfortable in the beautiful vacation apartment Lenchen 1. The apartment is lovingly furnished. We were traveling with our grandchild and could make good use of the 2 bedrooms. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The shower is walk-in and without steps. The kitchen is also very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood, ... A washing machine is also available. The sunny terrace is also well equipped with furniture, cushions, and loungers and is ideal for breakfast and for a cozy end to the day. We explored the beautiful and rural area with our e-bikes (which we could safely lock in the garden room) starting from Pommernweg and are enthusiastic about the area. Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation at your house Lenchen.

Upon entering the apartment, we were delighted to have chosen the right one. We felt comfortable right away. Your wonderfully furnished and well-equipped apartment contributed to a relaxed and above all restful holiday for us. The holiday home Lenchen is very well located, so we only used our car again when leaving. The sandy beach of Schillig is really great. The village of Horumersiel as well. In January in Horumersiel, you can drive well if you want to have peace and quiet. The weather was stormy, and we had the place to ourselves. We really enjoyed it and made ourselves comfortable in the apartment. The house is a great retreat for the soul. The apartment is very nicely and cozily furnished. We had plenty of storage space. The beds and mattresses are wonderful. Everything was thought of in the furnishings. We will come back in early 2023 next year.

Wonderful vacation

We had two weeks of relaxation from the everyday stress and from Corona. Wearing masks at the North Sea hardly bothered us. Everyone was friendly and grateful that traveling was possible. We can recommend the apartment. Everything you need for a great vacation is available. And much more beyond that. The kitchen leaves no questions or wishes unanswered.

We wish you all the best and that Corona will slowly let us all continue to live in peace.

In May in Horumersiel

We spent a few days in Horumersiel in May. We really liked it there. The house is renovated and very lovingly furnished. We immediately felt very comfortable there. The garden is large and fenced in. The terrace is wonderful. The holiday home is in a quiet location. Nevertheless, the beach, shopping facilities, etc. are within easy reach.

We had a great time and will definitely be back

Conclusion: highly recommended

The Lenchen House is a very well-maintained modern house, with its own large terrace and a huge well-kept garden. We spent a few days with our granddaughter in Horumersiel. She also felt very comfortable in her own room - there are many board games available - as well as a baby travel cot, a high chair, and a step stool for the sink. The house is located in a quiet area and it is only a short walk to the village and the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, everything is available, simply perfect. We have become good friends with the tenants from one of the apartments above and were allowed to take a look inside. We were also very impressed by this apartment. The house and the apartments are highly recommended. We give 5 stars ***** for the house, garden, location, etc.

We'll be back!

We were in Horumersiel for the first time and were immediately impressed by the town and this stylish and modern furnished apartment. The vacation rental is very clean and lacked nothing; for example, we had a more extensive kitchen equipment than at home. The location is excellent. In the great garden - which is divided into different areas - you have absolute peace and yet you are at the sea, at the village square, at the restaurants and shops in a few minutes. Horumersiel is a small tranquil spa town where one can find peace and recharge one's energy. The landlady was very friendly, and we were able to clarify all questions about the place and the house in advance. Many thanks to the landlord; this apartment is highly recommended.

Tolle Wohnung

The apartment on the ground floor of the house is modern and well-equipped. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, and glasses, so you only need to run the dishwasher when it's full. The apartment is clean and well-maintained and has a beautiful old garden and a modern terrace.

The contact with the landlady was very pleasant over the phone and via email.

From Horumersiel, you can explore the area wonderfully. For example, we visited the neighboring villages and went for walks on the beach. Visited the Naval Museum in Wilhelmshaven, took a tour of a brewery in Jever, which was very interesting, and went on a trip to Wangerooge. From Hooksiel (8 km away), you can take a boat trip to Helgoland.

The parking permit obtained when paying the tourist tax at the Tourist Information is also valid for Schillig and Hooksiel, allowing free parking there as well.

The beach in Horumersiel is a green beach, but very spacious. There is a large sandy beach in Schillig, which can be reached by bike in 10 minutes.

All in all, a beautiful week, as the weather also played along without restriction :-)

We really enjoyed our short break. The town of Horumersiel offers many leisure activities - for both adults and children. Our children and we felt very comfortable in the great modern apartment, and the children played for hours in the well-maintained garden. We were completely satisfied and recommend the apartment 100%!

We ourselves live in Bochum and are always happy when we can escape the hustle and bustle of the Ruhr for a few days and take some time out in Horumersiel. We go to Horumersiel every few weeks and during all holidays to spend our holidays there. In addition, we always make sure that everything is in order in our flats in the Lenchen house and in the neighbouring Mimi house.
