Lancken-Granitz, a former small fishing village, in the past agricultural, situated between the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz in the north, Sellin Baabe and Göhren in the south, as well as the Bodden waters and the "Granitz" with the hunting lodge and the "Rasender Roland", is today with its 400 souls, 8 districts on 14 square kilometres of land, a quiet village on the "Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen" with tourist ambitions and is allowed to use the title "recognised resort".
Tourism is growing from year to year in our community, due to the location and the appealing accommodation.
Here you are "right in the middle", so to speak, with the largest Baltic Sea resorts on the island in the immediate vicinity.

Lancken-Granitz, our "recognised resort" has around 400 inhabitants and consists of a total of
8 districts. Your holiday resort is close to the B 196 and the "Alte Bäderstraße", a first "must for gourmets".
Formerly a small fishing village and agricultural, tourism has gained a firm foothold.
Even today there are old thatched fishermen's houses, lovingly restored and renovated, or new buildings of this kind.
Your host community extends over about 14 square kilometres. Many fields and meadows with megalithic tombs, the forest area
"Granitz" forest area with the famous "Granitz Hunting Lodge" and the "Racing Roland", the Rügen Bodden with its natural beaches and picturesque bays, as well as the proximity to the fine sandy Baltic beaches of Sellin and the Mönchgut peninsula (approx. 15 km beach) characterise the image of your holiday resort.
You have everything within reach and can enjoy the peace and quiet at your accommodation.

Beautiful vacation
We were in this holiday home with our four-legged friend from 10.05.26 to 16.05.26 and felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating, and we really liked the bread roll service. The holiday apartment has everything you need, and the outdoor area is well designed, so you can relax here nicely in good weather. We will definitely come back.

We were received very warmly and the accommodation offers everything one needs for a vacation with a dog and child. We felt very comfortable. Anette and Klaus are landlords who you just want to snuggle with. The furnishings of the apartment are carefully selected and leave nothing to be desired. The garden is lovingly designed and invites you to barbecue or enjoy coffee. The way to the Baltic Sea beach resorts is very easy and the bus stop is easily accessible on foot. If you just want to stay in the village, there are several hospitality options available, but you have to do without a view of the sea. There are also play options for our youngest and you have a sufficient view of them. There is also a place for our four-legged friends. We have been here for the 13th time and have been enthusiastic since the first time. Thank you both for allowing us to spend such great days with you again and again. As long as our health allows it, we will come again and again.

Top accommodation
Considering the current situation , failure of the last years by Corona and rising energy costs , this quarter is very good . Costs for the holiday flat very good . The service is very good , bread service super , smoked fish very tasty
And the location of the flat is phenomenal . Directly on the bike path between Binz and Sellin and yet very quiet . You can go on a bike tour from there in many directions. We are already looking forward to our next visit. With kind regards Torsten

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sinnvoll ausgewählt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und läd zum grillen oder Kaffee genießen ein. Der Weg zu den Ostseestrandbädern ist denkbar einfach und wer mit dem Bus hin fahren möchte ist die Haltestelle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer einfach nur im Ort bleiben möchte hat die Möglichkeiten mehrerer Gastlichkeiten zu nutzen, muß allerdings den Blick auf das Meer verzichten. Spielmöglichkeiten für unsere Jüngsten sind auch vorhanden und man hat einen ausreichenden Blick auf sie. Für unsere Vierbeiner ist auch ein Platz vorhanden. Wir waren schon das 13.Mal hier und sind seit dem ersten Mal immer wieder begeistert. Vielen Dank Euch Beiden das wir immer wieder solch tolle Tage bei Euch verbringen dürfen. Solange es unsere Gesundheit zu läßt werden wir immer wieder kommen.
Und die Lage der Wohnung ist phenomenal . Direkt am Fahrradweg zwischen Binz und Sellin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen . Man kann von dort in viele Richtungen eine Radtour unrternehmen . Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch . Mit freundlichen Grüßen Torsten
Die Aufmerksamkeit und die Betreuung durch unseren Hausherren war hervorragend. Täglich haben wir zum Frühstück unsere Bäckerbrötchen bekommen. Sein selbst geräucherter Fisch, den wir 2x in dieser Zeit genießen konnten, war die Wucht.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und werden das Quartier auch weiter empfehlen.
Alle Orte auf der Insel Rügen waren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle befand sich je nach Verfassung des Passagiers zwischen 7 bis 10 Minten entfernt.
Sehr zu empfehlen,auch für Familien, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :)

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmack-liebevoll eingerichtet,es wurde auf jedes noch so kleine Detail geachtet(ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck usw).
Der Brötchenservice jeden Morgen und der vorzüglich geräucherte Fisch waren fantastisch!
Man fühlte sich sofort sehr voll bei Fam.Harwig!!

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist nicht wie in einer "Puppenstube", sonder sehr modern und farblich passend.
Die Vermieter sind, wie man sie sich wünscht. Einfach zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht und haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und dadurch vermitteln sie ein Gefühl, als würde man sich schon ewig kennen. Die frischen Bäckerbrötchen auf dem Fensterbank und auf Wunsch selbstgeräucherter Fisch machen einen Urlaub bei Familie Hartwig zum positiven unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Wir lieben die Insel einfach und die Ferienwohnung machte unseren Urlaub dann noch perfekt.
Eine sehr ruhige Lage, so liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem was man benötigt. Der tolle große Garten für gemütliche Abende oder zum spielen mit den Kindern war einfach toll gemacht. Für jeden etwas dabei und die Vermieter mit so einer Herzlichkeit wie wir es schon lange nicht mehr hatten.
Der Brötchenservice war auch klasse und sogar an unseren Hund wurde dabei gedacht. Das Angebot vom frischen und selbstgeräuchterten Fisch war auch mal was anderes und einfach nur lecker.
Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und wir haben uns von ersten Tag an gleich wohl gefühlt und die Zeit bei Familie Hartwig sehr genossen.
Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder und wir können es einfach nur weiterempfehlen und nochmal ein großes Danke an Familie Hartwig aussprechen.
Der Brötchenservice und der Räucherfisch waren ein toller Service.
Der Aussenbereich der Ferienanlage, hat geflegte Sitz und Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Mehrere Grillkamine laden zum Grillen nur so ein. Dieses Jahr haben wir mit täglichen Stichfahrten die Insel erkundet. Landschaftlich hat Rügen sehr viel zu bieten. Auch ein Rundflug über die Insel hat uns neue Perspektiven eröffnet. Der Baumwipfelpfad in 40 m Höhe zeigt einem auch andere Blickwinkel in die Natur. Die meißten der Speiselokale haben uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die Hartwigs haben uns auch dieses Jahr wieder herzlich aufgenommen !

So stießen wir auf dieser Seite auf das Angebot von Fam. Hartwig. Zwar war das Angebot für eine Woche konzipiert, aber auf telefonische Nachfrage war es kein Problem auch nur 4 Tage zu bleiben. Wir fanden bei unser Ankunft, eine gemütliche, schön gelegene und geräumige Ferienwohnung in Lancken-Granitz vor. Der kleine Ort ist ruhig gelegen und doch mitten drin. 5 km bis Sellin oder Baabe, 10 km bis Binz oder Göhren. Mit dem Fahrrad auf den gut ausgebauten Wegen bequem zu erreichen.
Fazit: Wer kurzfristig und unkompliziert ein langes Wochenende auf Rügen verbringen möchte ist bei Fam. Hartwig genau richtig. Ob mit Kindern oder Hund alles kein Problem, auch der Brötchendienst funktioniert am Morgen und auch an den Begrüßungstrunk ist gedacht. Genau das Richtige um ein paar Tage die Seele baumeln zu lassen und vom Alltagsstress runter zu kommen.

Es ist eine sehr ländliche Umgebung aber trotzdem gut angebunden an die Ostseebäder, erreichbar mit Bus, Rasender Roland, Fahrrad und Auto.
Wir wurden von Herr Hartwig sehr nett empfangen.
Das Haus und Grundstück sind ideal für allein Reisende und Familien geeignet.
