The comfortably furnished, centrally heated, ground floor apartment comprises an entrance hall, leading to an open plan living area with kitchen/diner and lounge with TV/DVD player and Hi Fi. There is a large double bedroom and a single bedroom and fully fitted bathroom with shower and WC. There is a shared rear courtyard. Metered Car Parking can be found outside the apartment. Free Car Parking can be found a five minute walk away at The Dome Theatre.
This apartment is not suitable for very young children or pets.

Bed linen can be rented for 10 € per person, towels for 5 € per person. Visitor's tax is 2.5% of the rental price (for persons 18 years and older).

Cancellation terms:

Generally, 30% of the rental amount is non-refundable if cancelled between 10 days after the booking date and 6 weeks before the start of the trip. From 6 to 3 weeks before the trip, 65% of the rental amount is due. From 3 weeks before the start of the trip, the full rental amount is due.
