Location and surroundings of object
Take a relaxing walk by the Canal Du Midi, visit the wine routes of the Minervois and Corbieres. Explore the awe inspiring Medieval Cité (A Unesco World Heritage Site) famous for its Festivals throughout July and August - don't miss the amazing firework display on Bastille Day (July 14th). The beaches of the Mediterranean, Ski slopes of the Pyrenees and the Spanish border are easy drives on the traffic free autoroutes of Sud de la France.
The City Centre is a 5 minute bus or taxi ride from the airport and low cost daily flights from Stansted, Dublin, and Charleroi make getting there for a short or long break very affordable.
Car hire is available at the airport or city centre.
Five minutes walk to the magical historical city of Carcassonne with its weekly markets and vast array of cafes, bars, restaurants, museums and theatres. The majestic castle is also in walking distance not to mention the many activities in the surrounding area. Close to the beach, mountains and Spain - there is something for everybody.
