The holiday home offers a living area with a wood-burning stove, kitchenette, dining area, LCD TV and hi-fi system.
On the ground floor is the bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet.
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with space for a baby cot. Furthermore
a children's room with a single bed and a futon bed (140x200). The children's room also has
sAT-TV.
Behind the holiday home is our garden with sun loungers and a small seating area as well as a trampoline for our little guests

Located in the most beautiful village in Saxony, at the foot of the Zittau Mountains.
In the immediate vicinity you will find many interesting excursion destinations, the ice rink and butterfly house in Jonsdorf
Jonsdorf, the large leisure pool "TRIXI" in Großschönau or our local recreation area "Olbersdorfer See".
Wonderful and not so strenuous hiking trails lead you through our small low mountain range
or to our local mountain (Breiteberg).
There are extensive opportunities for climbing in unique sandstone formations in the mountains.
A special feature of our region are the Umgebindehäuser (half-timbered houses), which used to be used by families for weaving linen. Due to this special construction method (had to withstand considerable vibrations), the ceiling heights in the holiday home are limited. (Basement approx. 2.0 m)
Our district town of Zittau is only 6 km away and offers a historic town centre. A trip to the Czech Republic or Poland (both only 8 km away) is also worthwhile. Our double community, which has been awarded several times as the most beautiful village, captivates with its extensive stock of half-timbered houses with beautiful front gardens.
Several restaurants invite you to stop for a bite to eat. There is also a bakery (400 m) and a fishery (1.5 km) in the village. Not far from our holiday home there is the possibility to go horseback riding on our
horse riding.
Our village is also connected to the public transport system (buses) and is regularly served.

Urlaub im Umgebindehaus
We felt very comfortable in the cute little house, everything needed was available. The few days passed by too quickly, but it is a reason to come back again.
