Welcome to the Hauserhütte holiday home in Olbersdorf!
We are pleased that you are interested in our holiday home, built in 2005 using Finnish timber construction techniques, which accommodates 4 people. We warmly invite you to be our guests.
The holiday home is located directly at the edge of the forest in the Zittau Mountains, characterized by sandstone formations, close to Olbersdorf Lake.
The facilities of the holiday home and the condition of the large property, approximately 1100 sqm, are ideal for families with children. In our area, you will find forest, water, and many cultural attractions.
By the way: We rent all year round!

The Zittau Mountains Nature Park is a scenic gem of Saxony. Together with the Lusatian Mountains and the Jeschken Ridge, which border on the Czech side, it forms a unique landscape area.
What characterizes the nature park is the interplay of the Zittau Mountains, Lake Olbersdorf, the historic city of Zittau, and the tranquil villages with their traditional Upper Lusatia Umgebinde houses, which shape the landscape in many places. In the impressive sandstone formations of the Zittau Mountains, not only climbing tours are possible, but the Upper Lusatia has also long been an insider tip among mountain bikers.

Wonderful idylls
Those who love peace and tranquility are in the right place! The house is well-maintained and very clean, we lacked nothing in terms of amenities. The garden is beautiful and located at the edge of the forest. Perfect for small children! The hosts are super nice and very dedicated to making everything perfect. Bertsdorf train station is just a few minutes' walk away, and you can also quickly reach the hiking areas by car. So, an absolute recommendation all around!

We have recovered very well.
The enclosure made it a great vacation for our dog, and she immediately accepted "her" house and defended it against all the cats. Tomorrow, the little birds woke us up, and it was ideally located for hikes to Oybin and Jonsdorf and to Lake Olbersdorf. However, the spiral staircase to the bedrooms is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

A beautiful accommodation
Everything just fit here. The location is perfect for hiking (in summer, just a stone's throw from the outdoor pool). The narrow-gauge railway is a few minutes' walk away, as is a lovely bakery. The property with a large garden at the edge of the forest invites relaxation, and the house is equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable. Mr. Hauser himself was always reachable and gave us great tips for the area. Here, you can tell that someone cares about their guests. Once again, thank you very much for that. We will definitely come back.
PS: Yes, the stairs to the upper floor are a bit adventurous. ?

Super great holiday home
The amenities, location, and service leave nothing to be desired. Everything is there that one needs for a great vacation. Very well-maintained house and beautiful property. Not suitable for everyone due to the narrow spiral staircase.
