The comfortably and child-friendly furnished holiday home is located only about 700m from the long, wide sandy beach of the open North Sea. It is very well equipped for 6 people (fireplace, dishwasher, Tripp Trapp high chair, ...). Almost all sports and leisure activities are possible in/at the park. A great playground with a play lake offers an attractive meeting point. An ideal holiday for adults, children, and dogs (free of charge).

Small town near Den Helder, right on the coast, with all necessary shopping facilities and restaurants. Ideal starting point for many activities in the area. Quiet, but many leisure activities are possible.

Well-equipped holiday home
Everything needed is there. The location is great, and you can find what you need in the immediate vicinity. The landlord was always reachable by email and took care of our concerns. It is especially commendable that we could bring our 3 dogs. Anytime again.

Very inviting holiday home
Very comfortably furnished, clean, and equipped with functional amenities (kitchen plus accessories, television). We were greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere in which we immediately felt at home upon our late arrival in the evening.
Noteworthy: Uncomplicated booking even for four days during the week.

Anytime again
We arrived in Julianadorp in ice and snow. In advance, the landlord had informed us that the house would be ready for occupancy earlier than contractually agreed. We then moved into a cozy warm and inviting house (the landlord had asked the cleaning lady to set the thermostat higher due to the outside temperatures - my heartfelt thanks for this!). The house itself lacks nothing - I would particularly like to mention the countless hooks - especially in the bathroom. I also found the underfloor heating more than pleasant.
We had our old dog with us and spent more time in the house due to her need for longer rest breaks than we usually do. So we also took a nap on the cozy couch.
The landlord had provided us with important phone numbers and excursion options in an email beforehand. Responses to inquiries were always answered very quickly. Since the house was not rented out the following week, we were also offered to leave later than agreed.
In the winter months, North Holland hibernates; many shops, beach pavilions, and restaurants were either closed or only open on weekends. For us, who were seeking peace, this was not a problem at all.
Overall, the park where the house is located is very clean and well-maintained, beautifully designed playgrounds invite you to linger. I personally saved the house directly in my favorites and will certainly make a rental inquiry again.
