The accommodation
On the outskirts of the village, in Wiesenstrasse 8 of 72639 Neuffen-Kappishäusern, on the ground floor of a detached house, you will find our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday flat (newly renovated in 2020). It offers space for up to four people. There is a separate entrance and a covered terrace in the garden in front of the flat. The flat is suitable for allergy sufferers; smoking and bringing pets are therefore not possible.
Equipment
Anteroom with wardrobe and shoe rack; living/dining room with sofa bed (TV/radio via SAT system, telephone) and kitchenette (ceramic hob, convection oven, pad coffee machine, toaster); bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2 m), bathroom with shower/WC (hairdryer).

Location and surroundings of object
The Neuffen district of Kappishäusern (approx. 500 inhabitants) is situated on the western slope of the Jusiberg (673m) and overlooks the Ermstal valley on one side and the Metzingen vineyards on the other. The holiday home is quietly situated on the outskirts of Kappishäusern. The meadows start directly behind the house; guests are directly "in the green" with only a few steps.
