We spent 13 wonderful days with the Stimac family, this time we had an apartment with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was very nice and clean, with a comfortable kitchen and good interior. The family is very friendly and helpful, as always. We will definitely come back!

Pure relaxation

Super equipped and spacious holiday flat with a wonderful sea view from the terrace. The sea is only a few minutes walk away - here you have everything from water sports activities, food and drink, sunbed rental and wonderfully clear water. The centre of Porec can be reached quickly by car, bike or tram and is always worth a stroll around town
Our hosts were very friendly and obliging and always had time for a little chat - thank you for the wonderful 14 days we were able to spend with you!

Great vacation in Poreč

We stayed in apartment house of Mr. Stimac for 10 nights. We are family with 2 children and we have been in appartment nr. 3.

Aparment is in the ground, windows can be well shaded, also the big terrace could be well shaded. E. g. we used the air condition only in the evening for about half hour.

The kitchen is good equipped, with dish washer, big fridge. We enjoyed eating in the terrace with the nice view. The hosts are very helpful and don't care into your life (we have this experience from Croatia). Also parking is good solved and easy.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes (with children) to nice beach, the road to beach is quite safe (when children walk).

I can only recommend to stay here.

Der perfekt Urlaub

Our second visit to the Stimac family and it was perfect again. Great apartment, very clean and nicely furnished. Great view of the sea and a very nice terrace... we always had breakfast outside. Very well-maintained garden. The family caters to every request and is very helpful. Our children love them because they are so good with kids. We will gladly come back next year and are already looking forward to a relaxing vacation. The beach is also great, with a playground, a large sandbox, and plenty of shaded spots. The water is fantastic, very clean, and perfect even for small children. The fries and burgers at the beach bar are also very delicious and freshly prepared. Nothing is missing!

We really enjoyed our vacation in July. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was provided and the nearby area and view were beautiful. Great summer vacation

We visited the Stimac family for the second time and felt at home again. The vacation rental lacks nothing. Everything super clean. The hosts are very nice. We will come back...

We stayed in Appt 5 on the 2nd floor and felt very comfortable. Everything is available and from the balcony, you have a great view with wonderful sunsets. The hosts are very warm, hardworking, and extremely helpful. Communication in German is no problem. We would like to thank again for the roadside assistance and the energetic search for a new car battery. Poreč is a bit of a walk on foot, a sightseeing train regularly runs from Špadići. We went on some excursions by car - interesting, diverse, and cheap (around 13 € / person). Nearby, we visited the Jama-Grotta Baredine with the tractor story. Due to Corona, many things were different, but not necessarily worse. We felt safe and there were often very few people around - for example, on the boat tours on the Santa Maria, only 40 guests (instead of 80) were allowed on board. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to a little drink with delicious white wine or beer and a cozy chat. . .

Beautiful summer vacation in Porec.

We were able to spend a very nice summer vacation with the nice Stimac family. We were warmly welcomed there, and our small wishes were immediately fulfilled during our vacation. The Stimac couple invited us to a joint evening drink, and you can converse very well with them in German. The accommodation is especially suitable for a beach vacation, as the sea is very close by. The bathing bay has a beautiful pier into the sea. Shower and changing facilities are also available.
We will be back in 2021. Thank you again for the lovely stay to the friendly couple Stimac.

Pure peace and relaxation

We spent ten very relaxing days as a group of four in this apartment. Having breakfast and watching the sunsets on the huge balcony made the long journey worthwhile. The apartments are in impeccable condition. Everything you need is available, and everything works as it should. The entire property is in a very neat, well-maintained condition. Modern bathroom and a new kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and more. We were now in Croatia for the fifth time and this was by far the best holiday apartment in this price range that we have had so far. The owners are an elderly couple with very good knowledge of German. They were very nice to us and happy to engage in small talk, they were by no means intrusive and did not disturb us in any way. If something was missing, we just had to ask for it, be it a missing pot, washing machine, or anything else. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

About the location:
The house is located just outside of Porec in the small suburb of Mali May.
The unobstructed view of the sea and the tranquility away from large hotel complexes are simply priceless.
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the city center, which is also good because we needed the little walk after eating.
The beach is 5 to 15 minutes away, depending on where you go. There is a natural beach with plenty of shade that we preferred, but also enough artificially created beach area. In case you wanted to bring more things to the beach, there were free parking spaces right by the beach.

Sehr schöne Zeit

We were in the apartment with a terrace for the first time. We were there with three teenagers. There was plenty of space. Very nice and clean apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything (dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine). New bathroom.
The hosts live in the house and are always available to help. They speak German very well and are super nice. You feel at home.
It's about a 3-minute walk from the apartment to the beach. About a week before arrival, we received a "reminder email" with all information like phone numbers, address, etc. Can only recommend the apartment building. Already booked for next year ;-)

Great stay and vacation

We were at Fam Stimac's for the first time and in Croatia overall. The apartment is great. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sufficiently large, comfortable beds. Beautiful big terrace. With a 5-minute walk, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The beach is not crowded. Porec is highly recommended, a charming town.

The landlords are very friendly, always kind words, helpful, always a little joke on their lips ;-) All in all, a great vacation, we will definitely come back :-)

Tolle Ferienwohnung

This year was our first time staying with the Stimac family and it will certainly not be the last. Great apartment, great location (5 min. to the beach, which was really not crowded), 30 min. walk to Poreč (or about 15 min. by rental bike).
The most beautiful sunset is experienced in the evening on the terrace with a glass of wine.
We didn't miss anything in the apartment and would love to come back!

We were there for the second time! The flats are always very, very, very clean. New bathroom, new kitchen, dishwasher, necessary kitchen utensils available, nice barbecue facilities, beautifully maintained and large garden, quiet location but still close to the beach. Shop, restaurants, fruit-vegetable shop, bars, bakery, in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible on foot.
The hosts are simply top, friendly and always quickly available as contact persons. We felt very comfortable again and will come back again :-) .

Summer holiday in Mali Maj

We liked it very much, the landlords are very nice and speak very good German. There is nothing missing in the holiday flat. From the kettle to the air conditioning, everything is there. The beach is only 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants and places of interest. As usual in Croatia, the beach is stony.

Recuperative vacation

Super close to the beach. Friendly reception. Quiet location. Garden with grill. As described. The only negative for us was the air conditioning. Very hot summer. Top-floor apartment and the air conditioning only ran from 8 pm to 5 am, so by 7 am it was already 28 degrees in the apartment again. Upon request, the air conditioning was turned on for 2 hours at noon. Otherwise, everything was great. Very friendly.

Unforgettable and relaxing days

For a fortnight holiday in Istria was important for us:
Bathing, time as a family, getting to know the country and the people, rest and relaxation and all around a holiday to relax. These wishes have all been fulfilled, a holiday for the children and for us as parents. The flat is beautifully equipped and newly modernised (The best thing was the dishwasher.). And the highlight of the holiday: the hospitality of the hosts - always an open ear, small attentions, conversations and stories about the area and the creation of the holiday region made the days something personal.

Wonderful holiday with a lot of cordiality from the landlords

We booked a flat at short notice as a young family with a baby
The house is very close to the beach (3 minutes walk). The flat we booked had a beautiful view of the sea. The whole house and the flat are very well maintained and everything is very clean.
In the small village (10 minutes walk) you can have a very good dinner

The landlords live in the house themselves. The couple is very fond of children and extremely warm. They are very helpful with questions or problems. The landlord's snapping treasures are worth a try. You also get a small selection in your room as a welcome

Absolutely recommendable

The accommodation fulfilled all our wishes for a great holiday. The apartment is well equipped. The location is ideal. In 3 minutes you are at the beach which was never crowded and also suitable for children. The town can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The surrounding area is particularly suitable for bicycle tours.
We received a warm welcome from the Stimac family and were given plenty of grappa.

We can really recommend this accommodation. Our apartment was not heated up so much due to its shady location, the rest is easily taken care of by the air conditioning. The kitchen naturally has the usual shortcomings of vacation rentals (everything a bit small), but the barbecue area compensates for that (don't forget mosquito spray).

The way to the beach is not too far and easily manageable on foot. However, those who like to lie on sand should not be disappointed: There is none. But one can also make oneself comfortable on the rocks, in the gravel, or on large floor tiles ;)

We will be happy to come back here again.

Perfect location

The location of the house is ideal, a 3-minute walk to the beach (not crowded even during peak season). By car, you can reach the center of Porec in a few minutes. Various supermarkets can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. The apartment should also have an egg cooker and toaster. Personally, only the bed bothered me, the wide "visitor gap" is more than annoying. If these "minor details" were not there, it would be perfect.

Relaxed holiday with very friendly hosts

We have enjoyed coming to the Stimac family in Porec for years.
Our hosts are very warm and friendly and always helpful.

The flats are very clean and equipped with everything you need on holiday.
The flats are also regularly and lovingly renovated and the technical equipment renewed (e.g. TV, fridge, air conditioning, etc.)
The garden is also always very well maintained and offers a beautiful view from the seating areas of the flats.

We are very happy every time we can be guests of the Stimac family again.
