The holiday home "Beate" offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday on 70sqm in a central and direct location of Norddeich
The modernly equipped accommodation offers space for up to 5 people plus a baby. It has an inviting terrace, 2 bedrooms, a spacious living/dining room with kitchen area. The bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower. There is another WC on the upper floor. The basement is fitted with easy-care floor tiles, while the upper floor has laminate flooring.
There is also a private parking space directly in front of the house. Bed linen and towels can be booked or you can bring your own.

The accommodation is centrally located to the dyke / ferry pier Norderney and Juist are about 700m away. The beach of Norddeich, a dog beach, the train station, bicycle rental, bakery, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. Norddeich is a young North Sea spa that offers recreation for every taste. There are many places of interest, enough space for your sporting activities, as well as room for a few quiet days. The surrounding islands are also easily accessible from Norddeich for day trips.

Very nice holiday home in a good location.
We stayed with 4 adults and a toddler for 9 days in the holiday home Beate. We felt very comfortable there. The house is very quiet close to the dike. Restaurants or shopping opportunities on Norddeicher Straße can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The house is very comfortably furnished. In addition to the living room, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional toilet. In the kitchen corner, there is a four-burner stove and a dishwasher (very helpful). The terrace is completely fenced in, so ideal for toddlers. There was also a high chair and a stair gate for the little one for safety. Everything you need on holiday is available, such as bed linen, towels in sufficient quantities, a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, and dish soap. The house was very clean. The landlady was super nice. We can definitely recommend the house and will surely come back ourselves.

Very nice family vacation
The terraced house has everything necessary. The nice terrace next to the living room is fenced, so our dog didn't have to be on a leash. It is about a 30-minute walk to the dog beach. Otherwise, it is a very quiet location near the harbor. The landlady is super friendly. Everything was very clean, beds freshly made. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
