Vacation in the Weser Uplands
Spend your vacation in a half-timbered house built around 1750 in the Weser Uplands.
It is only 10 km upstream to the origin of the Weser, where the Werra and Fulda merge in Hann. Münden.
Even Alexander von Humboldt was enthusiastic about the half-timbered beauty in Münden, and Doctor Eisenbart made his “mischief” here. Your holiday home is only 100 meters from the Weser, in the first village on the Weser after its origin. From here you have the best opportunities to enjoy your vacation; cycling or canoeing are just a few examples.
Your holiday home also serves as a "base station" for extensive motorcycle tours in the Weserbergland and the Reinhardswald; it is only about 60 minutes to the Harz.
There is also plenty for the eye, with the Hercules monument and Sleeping Beauty Castle, the Sababurg, just a stone's throw away. It is only 40 km to the famous Fürstenberg porcelain manufactory. You will find a fully furnished holiday home; everything is provided, from a hairdryer to a microwave. The final cleaning is not included in the rental price and amounts to 25 euros.
To relax after an extensive discovery tour, a garden with barbecue hut, sunbathing lawn, and shade-giving fruit trees is at your disposal. A parking space for normal cars (no vans, etc.) is located behind the holiday home. There are several parking spaces opposite the holiday home, including for larger vehicles.

New Year's Eve
We were guests in this old, rustic half-timbered house with 4 people (all over 50) at the turn of the year and immediately felt at home here. Nothing was missing and the special charm of the house was underlined by the loving furnishings. We decided to have a winter barbecue at the turn of the year and the very friendly landlord spontaneously supplied us with barbecue charcoal. The dog was also immediately at home here. An all-round successful holiday
