General information
The holiday flat with 3 rooms is located on the ground floor and has a perfect location (balcony south side). The flat is a pure non-smoking flat.
The entrance area
A practical hallway with storage facilities and seating welcomes you every time you enter the holiday flat.
The kitchen
A modern kitchen with all comforts (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, stainless steel cooker hood and a cooker with ceramic hob) make preparing meals in Linz possible! In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker for filter coffee, a Senseo coffee maker, an egg boiler as well as a kettle and a toaster. Daily necessities such as salt, pepper, washing-up liquid, tabs for dishwasher and filter bags are part of the standard equipment
You can enjoy your meals at the cosy dining table with bench and 2 chairs.
The living area
Here you will find a high-quality grey leather upholstered suite with armchair and perfect seating comfort, which fits harmoniously into the overall picture. When occupied by children, the sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed with mattress. The bed drawer provides storage for bedding during the day.
Of course, a stereo music system (mp3 support and Blu Ray DVD player) is part of the equipment. A swivelling 102 cm flat-screen TV ensures selectable viewing pleasure. The modern lights make the evening and night hours really cosy
The sleeping area
The bedroom offers a 180cm wide double bed with high quality mattresses. From the bed you have an excellent view of the large television. If you wish, you can even enjoy the view outside through the large window front. So even the last hours of the day become a beautiful moment. The 270 cm sliding-door wardrobe and two night consoles offer enough space for your clothes.
The bathroom
The newly designed bathroom with walk-in shower and a wide washstand with plenty of storage space underline the high level of comfort in the holiday flat. A hairdryer is of course also at your disposal
The partly covered balcony
Four high-backed chairs with cushions and a dining table give you the opportunity to enjoy your meals outdoors. An electric grill provides evening barbecue fun. The balcony faces south. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning until late afternoon.

The flat is located on the mountain in a quiet location. You can reach Linz on foot in just a few minutes. A shopping centre with a bakery is also within easy reach
In Linz there is a good connection to Cologne, Bonn or Koblenz, whether by car or train.
Excursion boats go directly from Linz up and down the Rhine.

Only a few minutes from the market square you will find unspoilt nature with delightful hiking trails where you can discover the beauty of our Rhenish low mountain landscape.
At the top: the Rheinsteig, which runs right through the middle of our picturesque old town. You won't find this anywhere else! And by means of the brand-new audio landscape tour, cyclists can explore our romantic Rhine Valley around Linz with the most modern aids.

Top accommodation
The holiday flat really meets all expectations. Cleanliness, furnishings and design are of the very best. No wishes remain unfulfilled here. The terrace with a view over Linz and the Rhine valley makes the holiday a perfect experience. Nothing is missing here. The flat is perfectly organised down to the smallest detail. A small downer is the location on the upper floors of Linz, but then you have a great view over the valley. I can only warmly recommend this flat.

TOP HOLIDAY FLAT
We spent a week in this super nice,modern holiday flat.Everything is in TOP condition,you lack "NOTHING".The furnishings and the beautiful large balcony with a view of Linz just can't be topped.
The complete handling with Fam.Heinzel went smoothly over the stage.An obliging,nice landlord,who could give also still some tips.There are very many beautiful excursion possibilities..... a wonderful area and the flat is simply dreamlike!

Travel period July/August 2019
In July/August, we spent our summer vacation at Barbara & Joerg Heinzel's. The reception by the hosts was very warm. The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished. The covered balcony, equipped with very nice balcony furniture/umbrella, offers a wonderful view of the beautiful city of Linz. The city of Linz has a lot to offer in terms of activities. A walk along the Rhine promenade, a visit to the Drachenburg or a ride on the Kasbachtalbahn were wonderful experiences for us. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the vacation rental.

Very beautiful, comfortable holiday apartment.
I really liked the stay with my wife. The apartment is very well-equipped, modern, comfortable and clean. The balcony is very inviting with a beautiful view. The climb to the apartment is a bit tiring on foot, but definitely worth it. We felt very comfortable, even when it got very hot at times.
