On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room with a direct access to the pleasant terrace.
Furthermore there is a double bedroom, an extra bathroom and a separated toilette.
On the upper floor you find four double bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra toilette. Three of the bedrooms in the first floor have access to the balcony with a stunning view of the alpine scenary.
The terrace, which locates a garden house, is inviting you to relax, find energy, take a sunbath or have a barbecue with friends.
Parking spaces are directly in front of the building.

Our holiday home is situated in a quiet area, which guarantees guests a relaxing stay.
Despite its calm location, it is easy reachable by car.
The house is located in the middle of the big ski resorts like Zell am See ( 11 km ), Kaprun ( 14 km ), Dienten ( 23 km ), Saalbach ( 30 km ) or Gastein ( 21 km ).
On hot summer days the lake (Zeller See) nearby offers refreshment and is the ideal place for all kinds of aquatic sports.
Moreover the immediate surroundings offer very good conditions for hiking tours and mountain biking.
During all seasons of the year your holiday in our region will be a special pleasure.
In Pinzgau you find a large choice of sports- and other leisure activities.
Furthermore there a lots of cultural events, museums and country-specific customs, which make your stay even more pleasant.

Very good, indeed.
Very well equipped kitchen. We were 5 couple pairs, for everyone couple was available very nice room.
House is clean, the landlady is very friendly.
I can only recommend this house with no hesitance.

Beautiful
Beautiful holiday home. Extremely nice landlady. We immediately felt at home. Since we had our almost 90 year old grandma in a wheelchair with us, we can also recommend the house for wheelchair users. We will definitely see you again, thank you for everything dear Christl

Great vacation!!!
