The approx. 45 sqm holiday flat is located in the spa town of Döse, only about 1000 m from the kilometre-long, fine sandy beach and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Cuxhaven is the northernmost point of Lower Saxony.
In addition to its immediate proximity to the sandy beach and the Wadden Sea, the spa town of Döse offers many other opportunities for excursions and activities.
Here you will find the Kugelbakenhalle with its numerous events, the Kurpark with its zoo, which has over 200 animals and daily penguin feeding.
Further offers: Mini-golf courses, adventure playground, mudflat car trips, Wadden Sea tours, etc.

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

We certainly hope that nothing will prevent your vacation, but until 30 days prior to the start of your trip, we will refund 100%. Up to 14 days before, there will be a cost of 25% to you, at 7 days it's 50%, and at the last minute, the cost is 100%. The percentages always apply to the base rental price excluding additional costs; you will always receive a 100% refund of the additional costs. Should we manage to rent the apartment for the canceled period, we will refund you the entire payment made up to that point.

Holiday flats Stürz

The flat is highly recommended. When we arrived, there was a welcome bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge with a card on it. We have never had this before anywhere. The bikes on site were great. After we had a small problem with a bike, it was immediately fixed after a short phone call. The flat itself is lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back. Kind regards from the Wölk family!
