Our lovingly furnished thatched house Seemöwe offers you a cozy home for relaxing vacation days on the sunny island of Rügen. Only about 300 meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, you will stay in a quiet location and yet close to everything that makes a wonderful holiday in the seaside resort of Glowe.
On the ground floor, a spacious, bright living and dining area awaits you with plenty of room for time together. The cozy sofa area invites you to relax after a day at the beach or a bike tour. On cooler days, the fireplace creates an especially comfortable atmosphere.
The open kitchen is extensively equipped and offers everything for a relaxed holiday breakfast or cooking together. The large dining table quickly becomes the center for meals, game nights, and long holiday conversations. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms – a comfort especially appreciated by families and couples traveling together. The bedrooms on the upper floor, with access to the balcony, offer plenty of peace and are cozily furnished. An additional crib can be set up to accommodate children up to 3 years old. A maximum of 4 people plus an infant can spend their vacation here, including complete bedding for the crib as well as a high chair. You can also enjoy your vacation outdoors: On the terrace with a large sunshade you can have breakfast, eat together, or let a long summer day come to a relaxed end. The garden offers space for relaxing and playing.
A special feature is our small thatched garden house. Here, bicycles and beach items can be safely stored.

Location and surroundings of object
The thatched-roof house Seemöwe is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Glowe in the north of the island of Rügen, only about 300 meters from the Baltic Sea. Here begins the Schaabe, an approximately eight-kilometer-long, fine sandy beach that stretches all the way to Juliusruh – ideal for swimming, long walks on the beach, and relaxing days by the sea.
Directly near the holiday house are the spa park with a large children's playground as well as the beach promenade, which runs along the coast and past the harbor of Glowe. Restaurants, ice cream café, shopping facilities and bicycle rental are also easily accessible. The idyllic harbor with its sailing and sports boats is a particularly nice destination for an evening walk.
Glowe is an ideal starting point for discovering the north of Rügen. The most beautiful excursion destinations include the chalk cliffs in Jasmund National Park, Cape Arkona, the fishing village of Vitt, and Spyker Castle. The treetop path at the Naturerbe Zentrum Rügen also offers impressive views over the island. The Baltic Sea resorts Binz and Sellin are also easily accessible for a day trip.
Those who want to experience Rügen actively will find numerous cycling and hiking trails around Glowe. The wonderful Bodden landscape invites many excursions. The Schaabe, with its long sandy beach and adjacent pine forest, is ideal for tours on foot or by bicycle. Water sports, fishing, and horseback riding are also possible in the region.
Glowe combines beach, nature, and tranquility with short distances and a good starting point for excursions – at any time of year.

Pets are not allowed. High chair and travel cot are provided free of charge. Arrival can also be arranged individually by arrangement. On departure, the entire house must be left swept clean. The deposit will be transferred to your account immediately after departure if the house is handed over in good order and without any defects in the furniture and equipment. If defects are discovered after the house has been returned, we reserve the right to retain the deposit until the damage has been clarified/settled. Cancellation 70-51 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour price, 50% of the tour price from 30 days prior to arrival: 80% of the tour price. From 10 days before arrival 100% of the tour price. A fee of € 25.00 is due for rebooking. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, as there are always unforeseen cancellations due to illness. This way you are covered in case of emergency. |

In the vicinity of Glowe there are many nice restaurants and cafés that invite you to stop and relax. One of them is the small fishing village of Polchow, which is easy to reach by bike. The Spyker See and the adjacent Rote See invite you to become aware of the nature of the island of Rügen. Cape Arkona, Stubbenkammer, Granitz Castle, Ralswiek Castle invite you to beautiful excursions on the sunny island of Rügen. Even a trip to Hiddensee is not far away.

Beautiful vacation at the Seemöwe
We had a beautiful and relaxing vacation at the Seemöwe. The house is well-equipped with everything, whether dishes or games for the children. We also find the balcony very nice; you can enjoy the evening in peace.

Super accommodation
Arrive and feel at home! A top-class accommodation, everything stylishly coordinated. We have rarely experienced such a beautiful domicile. The tranquility is the focus here. Shopping options are sufficiently available and also reachable on foot. We have already advertised among acquaintances and will definitely come back. The best fish sandwiches are available at the harbor, freshly prepared on-site and highly recommended. Thank you to the landlords for the nice conversation during the booking.

Wonderful
A beautiful little house, quietly located, with a great amenities. My family and I had a very nice vacation.
Everything is easily reachable on foot in the small village, whether it's the natural beach, the bathing beach, or the grocery store Netto. We have already been to Glowe for the second time and will definitely come back. A thank you again to the friendly landlords.
