This family-friendly property Poggio ai Monti is quietly situated at the foot of a mountain in the heart of Tuscany at Certaldo. From here the view opens to a valley of olive groves, vineyards and fields. The pool (6 * 12m) invites all water rats to swim. On request breakfast be bought separately. The estate comprises 15 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. The "Vino Rosso Toscano", a Tuscan table wine, and olive oil can be purchased locally. The arrival and departure is subject to availability any day, not just on Saturdays. A covered parking is one of them to the estate.

Poggio ai Monti is located about 1km outside the tiny village of Fiano, about 9km from the picturesque town of Certaldo. Poggio Ai Monti is an ideal starting point for trips to San Gimignano (about 23km), Florence (35km) and many other beautiful towns of Tuscany. In Fiano you will find shops for everyday necessities. There are supermarkets in Ceraldo un Tavernelle Val di Pesa. Certaldo has a very pretty old town and invites you to stroll and eating out.

| The rental price includes: - linen (sheets, towels) changed weekly - water, electricity - SAT-TV - Internet Access (WIFI) in the pool area gas (for stove / oven / hot water / heating) will be charged on the spot. Italian breakfast on request (€ per person / day). The Italian breakfast consists of coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam, homemade cakes and biscuits. It is placed in a basket in the apartment. From the city of Certaldo a city tax of EUR is per person per day for the first 6 nights charged (children under 14 years pay nothing). Payment on the spot to the owner. |
Cancellation terms:
The following cancellation policies apply: Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of EUR 40. From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price. From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price. From 30 days before arrival and for no-shows, 90% of the total price. In the event of a travel warning issued by the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge; only a handling fee of EUR 40 will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are happy to provide personalized advice on this!
