Description
Cala Moresca is the name of one of Monte Argentario's small bays and the name we have chosen for this beautiful and elegant flat overlooking the bay and from which you can see the Giglio and Argentarola islands.
It belongs to a group of 10 homes (each with an independent entrance and its own garden or panoramic terraces). Every home has a lot of privacy. The only common area is the swimming pool (10x20 m with a double depth) which is open from mid June to mid September (from 2015 it might stay open from middle June to middle September).
The owners are business men or wealthy retired people who like spending their holidays there surrounded by silence, quietness and good manners. Holiday makers using these homes are therefore asked to be well-mannered, quiet and respectful!
Cala Moresca has its own private car parking space (N°5) which is on a lower level than the entrance door. Another car could be parked in the 3-4 free parking spaces which are near the staircase leading to the pool.
A staircase also leads to the flat entrance door. A small iron gate opens onto a large terrace (in front of the entrance door) with a panoramic portico with a table and chairs.
Once you enter the flat you have two options: you either go straight on to the night area or go left into the living room which is large and bright. This room has a round travertine table with chairs which can be used to have meals in the winter, a sofa and some armchairs. From the living room, you can have access to a beautiful covered terrace with a magnificent view over the Giglio and Argentarola islands and where you can take your breakfast enjoying the view!
Near the living room fireplace there is another room (reachable also from the above said terrace) where there is a cupboard, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a washing machine, a WC, a basin and a shower. Therefore, this room can be used as a third en-suite bedroom.
From the living room you can also have access to a small but beautiful kitchenette which has a sink, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer and which has also a splendid glass wall offering a unique view over the green lawn of the garden behind the property.
The night area has a bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe, a double bedroom with a view over part of the garden (the same you can see from the kitchenette glass door) and a large bathroom with a tub/shower.
