It is a small flat about 5 km from Porto S. Stefano, overlooking the bay "Cala Moresca", from where you can see both the island of "Argentarola" and the island of Giglio.
It is part of a consortium of 10 houses.
The only common feature is the swimming pool area (10x20 m with double depth; open from mid-June to mid-September).
The owners of the houses are either businessmen or wealthy pensioners who want to spend their holidays here in peace, quiet and courtesy.
Therefore, they offer and demand these three things from everyone who holidays in this house.
The house has a reserved parking space (No. 1), which is a little lower than the entrance to the house. A possible second car can be parked in the 3-4 free parking spaces near the stairs leading to the swimming pool.
The flat is reached after a few steps.
To reach the entrance to the flat, one walks under a pergola.
The entrance to the flat is in front of a small square that serves as a passageway to two other flats.
However, this flat, unlike the others, has the exclusive use of a garden that is only 5 metres from the pergola. A garden from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea: You will be delighted to have breakfast or dinner in this corner of paradise during your holiday.
The flat has a large living room with table, chairs, fridge with freezer, sofa and double sofa bed. From the living room, a sliding door leads to the kitchenette, which has a washing machine (but no dishwasher).
Also from the living room, you enter the hallway on the left to the sleeping area, where the bathroom with bathtub/shower is in front of us and the bedroom with double bed is on the right, which is also equipped with a single bed. The bedroom also has a French door with access to a very small garden at the back of the house.
