Maison candy was in 2013 a radical overhaul. The apartment is part of a historic building complex and has an unobstructed, clear view of the entire valley. One enters the apartment through the spacious terrace with magnificent all-round panoramic views. Here you have a dining table and a barbecue and two sun lounges. From here you have direct access to the cozy living-dining area. The well-equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, oven, kettle, etc.) in a Provencal style with dining area is integrated directly. A cozy sitting area in front of the large picture window to sit and relax. Of course, satellite TV is not missing. The sloping wooden ceiling and romantic interior details create a completely relaxed holiday atmosphere. Through a small hallway leads to the sleeping area. Here is the modern shower room and two bedrooms. A double bedroom (160 x 200) and a room with twin beds (90 x 200) provide a family comfortably. Below the terrace is available to our guests a Mediterranean garden area with pergola for private use. Your car is on a private parking 50 meters from the house.

Costiolo is an enchanted hamlet in the middle of the pristine nature of the Prino valley. Few houses are nestled in the sunny hollow on the ridge of the foothills of the Maritime Alps. Here at the interface between the mountains and the sea, enjoy the proximity to the beach and the rest among the rolling olive groves. Explore other during walks on the old donkey paths that run through the valley, the surrounding area or take beach holidays on the Riviera. The beaches can be reached in 15 minutes. The infrastructure of the next map Molini di Prelá has a pharmacy and a well-stocked village shop with everything you need for your daily needs. Two pizzerias and excellent Ristorante complete the offer. The village they reach a mule track in fifteen minutes or along the road in one kilometer. Once a month, a flea market takes place on the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse.
