In the small village of Silberborn with 820 inhabitants, nestled in the forests of Solling, lies the 110 sqm completely renovated holiday flat for 5 people (2 additional beds possible)
It is located on the ground floor with ground-level entrance of a 3-family house on the edge of the forest with a 2500 sqm property.
The equipment of the holiday flat is as follows:
Two bedrooms.
In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable lounge couch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher.
The flat has 2 bathrooms - one with whirlpool - one with steam shower
In the wellness area there is an infrared sauna and a massage chair.

The village of Silberborn, located in southern Lower Saxony, is situated on a plateau of the Hochsolling.
It lies in the Solling-Vogler Nature Park about nine kilometres south-east of Holzminden.
Our holiday flats Solling-Lounge I + II are located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, directly next to the forest. The nature holiday destination Silberborn offers everything your heart desires; whether hiking or taking mountain bike tours in the hilly landscape / riding an e-bike, cross-country skiing, playing tennis, tobogganing, pilgrimage, geocaching, climbing in the high ropes course - no one can resist a cosy stop in one of our rustic pubs or simply relaxing in the sauna / whirlpool, or in the charm of the small Hochsolling village.

Wonderful long weekend with girlfriends
We enjoyed the long weekend in May very much. Nothing is missing and there is also great equipment for dogs such as a place to lie down, towel, bowls etc.. We were very kindly welcomed and shown around by the landlady and got great walking tips .
The massage chair and sauna were perfect for relaxing in the evenings and itüpfelchen.
We will definitely be back!

Short holiday in the Solling with dog
A very spacious, modern and well thought-out holiday flat that leaves hardly anything to be desired
Even if there are individual preferences in one direction or another for every guest of a holiday flat, there are no important things that could be criticised in this accommodation. On the contrary, the technical equipment (massage chair, steam shower, whirlpool, fireplace, stereo system, flat-screen TV, etc.) is certainly of the highest standard, and the furnishings and other visual features are also very appealing. In addition, our four-legged friend quickly got used to the new surroundings, whereby the available "treats" and a comfortable place to sleep undoubtedly helped.
If I now quote a satisfaction level of 99.9% for our short holiday (3 nights), people will ask: yes, what was missing? --> See above (individual preferences): for a two-metre-long guest, a shapely but low toilet is simply an obstacle. But this should not detract from the overall rating of 5.0 (stars), because we will be very happy to come back!

We were from 20.02. 22 -27.02.22 in the Solling Lounch 1 and were very satisfied!!!Have arrived with 4 people and 1 larger ? We have lacked in the time of nothing!Unfortunately, we could not use the garden so, because the weather, in February, winter, was not so optimal!For people with ? everything top!One was immediately on field / meadows and forest and high moor!

Holiday in Germany
This year we didn't dare to go abroad because of Corona. So we booked a nice and well-equipped holiday flat according to the pictures on the search portal. We didn't really care where in Germany. And we were not disappointed. Apart from the weather, we had a very nice time. Many thanks to the hosts!

Holiday with a big dog
The furnishings of Lounge 1 are top and appropriate for the price. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks and bike rides with the dog. Lots of forest and countryside. Highly recommended for holidaymakers who appreciate peace and quiet. Very nice landlords. We will come again.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünschen kann. Wunderschöne Einrichtung, sehr viel Komfort, tiptop sauber - wir waren mehr als zufrieden und hatten eine super Woche.
Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten an Aktivitäten und Natur.
Nächstes Jahr möchten wir 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Solling Lounge machen :-)

Komfortabel ausgestattete, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Wellnessbereich
Die 5 Sterne sind absolut zu recht verdient. Der Urlauber findet eine ausgesprochen komfortabel, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor. Chillen ist dort genauso gut möglich wie sich verwöhnen lassen im Wellnessbereich oder Massagesessel, ohne die vier Wände verlassen zu müssen - oder einfach mal sdie Seele baumeln lassen.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Lebenslagen.
Trotz des hohen Komforts fühlen sich auch die Vierbeiner in ihrem Urlaub wohl.

Sehr Zufrieden
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten. Spaziergänge durch den Wald haben wir genossen, als auch Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung.

Nur zu empfehlen!
Leider waren wir nur 3 tage da,aber immer wieder gerne.wohnung sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und super sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und es war sogar alles für die hunde vor ort ind diese dirften auch noch kostenlos mitreisen.die direkte lage am wald ist perfekt tum spazieren gehen.zudem sind die Gastgeber super lieb und symphatisch.wie gesagt,nur zu empfehlen.

Wundervolle Unterkunft
Leider gibt es nur 5 Sterne, sonst hätten wir auch 6 gegeben. Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in einer super Wohnung mit grandioser Lage. Einzig ohne Auto, können wir die Anreise nicht empfehlen, aber das bringt die gesamte Region mit sich.

3 tolle Tage
Wir 4 Erwachsene wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und wir hatten alle reichlich Platz. Die Gegend prima zum Wandern, die Terrasse herrlich zum Relaxen. Für den Hund auch prima geeignet, denn das Grundstück ist eingezäunt.

Tolle Wohnung, schöne Gegend, nette Vermieter!!!
Dieses Appartment ist ein absolutes Kleinod. Es ist mit sehr viel Geschmack - modern aber trotzdem gemütlich - eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht, von der Küchen- bis zur Badausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
Wir würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolles verlängertes Wochenende mit Freundinnen in beiden Ferienwohnungen verbracht
Beide Wohnungen sind sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet.
Durch die Wellnesbereiche ist das Wetter auch nicht ganz so wichtig, obwohl die Umgebung für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge super gut geeignet ist.
Wir haben mit 7 Freundinnen ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende verbracht, was wir bestimmt noch einmal wiederholen werden!
