Description
This stone farm house was refurbished in 2008 by the owner. It is located only 13 km from Montepulciano. You will find a Coop supermarket, tennis courts, banks, petrol stations, restaurants and the post office within 6-7 km from the house. The road that leads to the villa is an asphalt road. You enter the fenced property through an electric gate. The pool (5x10 m, m deep) is on the other side of the gate. You have to walk along a short path and go down a flight of stairs to reach it. There is a large gazebo and a BBQ in the garden where you can take your meals in the open air. The stone house has two floors. There is a large living room on the ground floor where there are sofas, a TV area with a Sat decoder and a fireplace. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by two red brick arches. The kitchen has a table with chairs, a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge with a freezer. A door leads to the night area. You have access to the two double bedrooms and the bathrooms with a shower (where there is also a washing machine) from a corridor. An internal staircase connects the ground floor living room to the first floor corridor. To the right of the corridor there you will find a living room with a cooking area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV, a fireplace and the terrace entrance door. Guest can also use this room as a 5th bedroom! To the left of the corridor there is the night area itself with two double bedrooms (one of which is en suite with a shower) and a bathroom with a tub. There are two safe deposit boxes : one upstairs and one downstairs. The villa has also a WI-FI connection. Wellness area Euro 30,00/day + electricity (0,45/kWh).
