Description

The Non smoking house (maximum 6 people) is only 500m from the beach. The house is situated in a beautiful park with a lake, a small zoo and children's playground.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace and cable TV with international channels. Integrated kitchen with 4 plate stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Furthermore there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a sink. Storeroom with washing machine. Wireless internet is available free of charge.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Garden with terrace, glass windshield, grill, cabin and handcart. Parking near the house. Pet are allowed. Garden is completely fenced.

Location and surroundings of object

The idyllic holiday park lies directly on the dunes, and is traversed by water, has a beautiful lake with water playground for children; Playfield with swings for the little ones, there is an animal enclosure with deer and goats, trampoline and mini golf course and 2 restaurants, bowling alley and 2 tennis courts.
Through the dunes you can take on developed roads endless cycling.
In the vicinity is a 9 hole golf course for golf lovers and an indoor pool.
Julianadorp has a beautiful sandy beach with wide dunes and colorful flower fields. The Noord-Holland offers not only beautiful, clean beaches that are ideal for sunbathing. You can also find unique natural areas such as the conservation reserve "Het Zwanenwater" with the largest spoonbill colony in Europe.
Many beautiful places are just a few km: ZB Alkmaar, Bergen, Callantsoog.
In Den Helder in the north of North Holland historical ships are to be admired; here is also the Marine Museum and a submarine to visit the Rescue Museum, Fort Kijkduin and more.
From Den Helder is worth a crossing on a day trip to Texel.
are nice Alkmaar the cheese market and Schagen.
Even the IJsselmeer with the old historic places Enkhuizen and Hoorn, it is not very far.
In Julianadorp you find a number of shops, (incl. Lidl and Aldi), a newly built indoor mall, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini golf, riding school, swimming paradise.

Beautiful holiday home in a pleasant environment.

Beautiful, modern, and harmoniously furnished holiday home.
The equipment was (almost) perfect. We were two, so a double bed would be recommended.
But we will definitely book it again. The price-performance ratio was ok.
