Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is km away from the mountain village of Greising in a
quiet location at an altitude of 840 m at the foot of the "Dreitannenriegel"
in the middle of the hiking area Rusel/Unterbreitenau. It is close to nature, surrounded by meadows and forests and only accessible via a service road. You can access 70 km of groomed cross-country ski trails directly at the holiday home, and you can ski in the village or in the immediate vicinity.
An 18-hole golf course is about 4 km away.
You can go hiking directly from the holiday home.
Families with children feel just as comfortable as couples with dogs.
Those who appreciate the peace and healthy air will certainly feel at home with us. The small mountain village of Greising is situated at 800m above sea level
km from the town of Deggendorf, which is also known as the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. Situated on the Danube, with a motorway connection to the A3 and A92, the town with its historic town centre offers a wide range of cultural and culinary delights.
Water sports or walks along the Danube are just as much fun as hiking in the Rusel/Breitenau hiking area.
Cross-country skiing is possible on 70 km of groomed trails as well as skiing in Greising, Geisskopf or in the wider surroundings.
Deggendorf also has an 18-hole golf course on the Rusel.

We spent a wonderful week in this holiday home. The location is brilliant. The house is very spacious, well equipped and very clean. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended for families, even with a dog. We will definitely be back!

Seniors, Adventure, Culture
In this beautiful, quiet, large house, you can not only relax, but also enjoy the great nature all around. You can do sports in the fresh air, go for walks in nature, go on excursions or visit the city. Fam. Pfeifer is obliging, very nice and all wishes are fulfilled. A great holiday. We will come again

Holiday with lots of peace and a beautiful view
In this beautiful, well-equipped house you can relax and unwind. You can do sports and go hiking right behind the house. The Pfeifer family gave us a warm welcome and are very nice. You can come to them with all your wishes. You can also sit out the hot weather. It was a very nice holiday, which we will gladly repeat.

Holiday with lots of relaxation
A vacation home with everything you need. Very quiet location, very clean and well-kept. Even on hot days, you can stay in the house and on the veranda without breaking a sweat. Next door is a horse paddock and plenty of space on the property to let loose. The Pfeifer family is extremely nice and accommodating. It was a great vacation for us with a lot of relaxation. We would rent the vacation home again at any time.
