To 62 sqm of living space spread a comfortably furnished living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and radio, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, a small, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Our house is located in Castle Wood and belongs to the Earl Ling. Grafling in turn is part of the district Deggendorf. Burgholz consists of only 4 houses and is surrounded by forest. bavarian rustic and a dream for dog (owners)
The location is top, with sensational far-reaching views. The road passing by has little traffic and is absolutely not disturbing. Since the property is completely fenced, dogs and their owners are completely relaxed. In about 10 minutes drive (by car) you are in Deggendorf, where all needs are quickly satisfied. If you are looking for the quintessential Bavarian rustic, this is the place for you.
The house and the property are clean and there are accessories for all kinds of leisure activities. Furthermore, there is a very detailed information booklet in the house and the landlords can be reached by phone at any time. Wishes are always taken care of.
Unfortunately, we have to deduct one point for two reasons. Firstly, there are no basic foodstuffs in the house (not even salt and pepper). So you have to buy the most natural things yourself, which is not so bad, but we have not experienced this in Lower Bavaria before. And secondly, the bathroom needs a basic renovation. A lot could be done with little money and effort. The state of the art is from the nineties.
Nevertheless, we would recommend this accommodation at any time and would gladly book it again

The location and the house are a dream. You are undisturbed, everything is taken care of in the house.

Great vacation.
The house is simply superb, with a huge fenced garden. There is a lack of nothing in the kitchen equipment. All hiking trails are easily accessible by car. National parks are simply great and worth a visit. The homeowners are really nice. We can only recommend it.

Holiday in a holiday home
The holiday home is great. It is located on a slope and has a large garden. Here you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. In the morning, you are only woken up by the birds. Everything is available in the kitchen, even the laundry is provided, simply great. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
We are already looking forward to the next vacation in this holiday home.
