Description
Our 7 flats are luxuriously furnished to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. True to our motto "Not at home and yet at home", we have furnished our flats with great attention to detail. As you can see on our website, the flats are all equipped to the highest standards and differ only in design. Based on a puristic design, every taste, from modern to rustic, will find the right holiday home. Lodge 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 each have 2 separate bedrooms. Lodge 7 has 1 bedroom. All flats have large covered terraces or balconies facing south (Lodge 1,2,3,4,7) or west (Lodge 5,6), modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob (2-burner in Lodge 6), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. Also standard are 40" flat screen Smart TV with streaming function, BluRay DVD player, stereo with CD, radio and iPod / MP3 docking, a second 40" flat screen TV in the bedroom clothes horse hoover and hair dryer. Bicycle garage with tools and pump, ski storage room with ski boot heater. Each flat has a sledge available in winter.

Our house is located at the foot of the Breitenberg in Pfronten in Ostallgäu, approx. 1 km from the border to Austria.
The perfect location for summer hiking - climbing or cycling tours. Start your tour directly at the house.
You can reach the surrounding bathing lakes by bike, public transport (free of charge) or by car. Sights such as Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle are also only a few kilometres away
In winter, you can walk to the family skiing area Steinach/Breitenberg or to the start of the cross-country skiing trail in 5-10 min.

The municipality of Pfronten, with a population of approx. 8,300, lies directly on the border with Austria in a beautiful location on the edge of the Alps at approx. 900m above sea level. Embedded in the surrounding mountains, the village offers ideal conditions for the relaxed holidaymaker as well as for the active sportsman. The lakes and mountains with their rustic huts invite you to go on tours and undertakings all year round, regardless of the level of difficulty. Pfronten offers rural flair, due to the excellent infrastructure combined with an extensive range of shopping facilities (several sports shops, clothing shops, shops with regional articles,
Supermarkets, cheese dairies, bakeries), a wide range of gastronomy and nightlife. | Our flats are designed for 1 - 4 persons. The prices apply to the medium category, for occupancy with 1-2 persons. For the 3rd or 4th person we charge between 15,-- € and 20,-- € depending on the age season and length of stay. To confirm the booking we take a deposit of 100,00 - 150,00 Euro. The balance is to be paid conveniently on arrival by EC card or in cash Not included in the price is the visitor's tax of the municipality of Pfronen currently 2,-- € per day for adults and 1,20 € per day for children from 6 - 16 years. Kitchen equipment (dish brush, sponge. Dishwashing brush, sponge, cloths, dishcloths, tabs, washing-up liquid and kitchen roll are included in the price. Also the towel package (large shower towel + towel) per person, weekly change for a stay of 2 weeks or more. Please note: We do not have a holiday home, but 7 individual flats for a maximum of 3-4 people per flat. Therefore, our house is only conditionally suitable as group accommodation.

Great holiday at the Alpine Space Lodge
We spent an all-round lovely holiday in our Alpenraumlodge holiday flat.
The contact with the landlord was extremely friendly, the arrival went very well.
The accommodation makes a very friendly, high-quality and above all clean impression. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. There is even a modern hoover!
The location is ideal to start hiking tours within walking distance. The village and bakeries are easy to reach.
We spent a wonderful holiday here and will definitely come back.
