Description
The approx. 35 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat comprises a bedroom (apartment 2 with double bed), a living-cooking-dining area (with TV, dining table, sofa, kitchen), a bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave-grill combination. The more than 1000sqm large property with sunbathing lawns, garden chairs, gazebo and covered terrace is at our guests' disposal. It invites you to play, relax, barbecue (is available) and relax.

* Bicycles can be rented at one of the nearby bicycle rental shops
* on request, bed linen and towels can be rented at a price of 17,00 Euro per person - otherwise please bring your own bed linen and towels!

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Lenchen is located in the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are about 500 metres from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more
Our holiday apartments are available for rent all year round.

Pommernweg 16 in Horumersiel
We have vacationed in Horumersiel for the umpteenth time. The accommodation at Pommernweg 16 pleased us very much. - We will return in the fall of this year and book at Haus Lenchen. The apartment is practically and hygienically furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a hot plate and a freezer in the refrigerator. Cutlery, plates, and glasses are plentiful. The sandy beach of Schillig is quickly accessible. The site with green meadow in Horumersiel is just a few minutes' walk. It was a beautiful vacation and we will be coming back soon.

Short trip in winter
Wonderful relaxation in winter in the quiet Horumersiel in a cozy and modern vacation apartment - very central, close to the beach, well-equipped with good mattresses.

Cycling at the North Sea
Hello!
The apartment and the holiday home Lenchen are great. We fell in love with the apartment and the house right away. We cycled a lot and sat in the garden on the beautiful cozy terrace late into the night. We locked our bicycles in the bike room and didn't have to worry about them getting lost. We could safely park our car in the long garage driveway. We didn't move our car all week, but did all shopping, beach walks, restaurants... on foot or by bike. We will come back in the fall. We are well-rested and are happy that we discovered the apartment.

We are pleased that you have become aware of our house in Horumersiel. We ourselves have been going to Horumersiel with our three children for several years. There we have always found that even a few days at the North Sea do us good and bring us "down" from the hectic pace of the Ruhr area. We fulfilled our dream of owning our own holiday home in the summer of 2015 with Haus Lenchen and in 2018 with Haus Mimi.
