We would like to offer you relaxing days in our more than 250 year old half-timbered house, which we have lovingly and faithfully renovated according to old models.
Equipped with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, 3 toilets, large log parlour with fireplace, open dining area as well as underfloor and wall heating in the entire house, we offer you sufficient space for 2 - 6 people (1 extra child bed possible) for a pleasant stay on approx. 170m².
Here, tradition and modernity are combined, so that you will hopefully want for nothing during your holiday.

In the heart of the border triangle of Germany - Poland - Czech Republic, you will find us in the Zittau Mountains in beautiful Upper Lusatia.
The larger cities of Dresden and Prague are both about 100 km away. The spa town of Oybin is a quiet tourist resort in the Zittau Mountains. From here there are many cycling and hiking trails into the Zittau Mountains.
The historic knight's castle on Mount Oybin is the town's landmark. In addition to buses and cars, you can also reach the village from Zittau with the historic Bimmelbahn.

A beautiful half-timbered house
Thanks to the loving restoration of the Umgebindehaus, we were transported back in time by the Froneberg family. With the help of the photo documentation for the reconstruction, we could understand the effort to prepare this time-honoured house as a holiday home. The countless details of old times in the house and on the property impressed us again and again and made us marvel. We wanted for nothing and it was probably the most beautiful holiday home we have ever stayed in. May it remain in this condition forever.
The location of the house is fantastic, the peace is only interrupted by the chirping of the birds. All the best to the Froneberg family and many thanks for the relaxing days in your holiday home.

Oasis of well-being
3 people, a couple with their mother (86) were on a short visit to this very beautiful Umgebindehaus. The old has been beautifully combined with the new. So old and young can feel very comfortable here, in the house, in the garden and in a beautiful environment. We would like to thank the Frohneberg family, especially Mrs. Froneberg, for their kind assistance, even with questions before the start of the trip.

simply beautiful....
A beautiful holiday home that we would immediately take with us :-), with great furnishings and very lovingly and stylishly decorated.
The pictures that visitors are allowed to see of how the house used to look only give an idea of how much energy had to be put into it.
All in all, it is so beautiful that it is the first holiday home we will visit a second time in August. We are already looking forward to it!
The nice landlady should not go unmentioned in our enthusiasm for the house. A big praise to her and many thanks for the nice contact!
