A cozy place to arrive: The living room is bright, simple, and inviting. On the comfortable couch with dimmable lighting, you can relax at the end of the evening—alone, as a couple, or with friends. A pull-out sofa bed provides space for two additional guests if needed. Sockets and storage surfaces are sufficiently available. Kitchen
The open kitchen is functionally equipped – with everything you need for cooking or breakfast: dishes, utensils, glasses, refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker to start the day.

The bright daylight bathroom is well-equipped – with a shower, large mirror, vanity mirror, and hair dryer. Everything you need for daily grooming. Bedroom
In the bedroom, you will find a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) – perfect for unwinding after an active day in the Zittau Mountains. A calm atmosphere ensures restful sleep.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cozy holiday apartment "Hochwald" is located in the house of the shoemaker, right in the center of the spa town Oybin, at the foot of Mount Oybin.
Where once the village shoemaker lived and worked, we now invite our holiday guests to spend relaxing days in the Zittau Mountains, the smallest low mountain range in Germany.
The path to Oybin Castle and the spa park is only a few steps from the house. From the holiday apartments you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Hochwald ridge.
In the town center you will find the tourist information, souvenir shops, as well as restaurants and cafes.

Any cancellation must be made in writing. If a cancellation is made before the start of the contract, the guest will be charged the following cancellation fees: For cancellations from 30 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel price. For cancellations from 14 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 80% of the travel price. Alternatively, a free rebooking to an alternative date can be arranged.

Our holiday apartments are located on the 2nd floor of the historic building. Due to the structurally narrow and steep stairs, they are unfortunately not suitable for people with limited mobility.
We ask for your understanding that our holiday apartments are non-smoking accommodations and pets cannot be brought along.

Directions:
Motorway A4 / A13 to Dresden, then towards Görlitz, exit no. 91 / Weißenberg - from Weißenberg towards Löbau, from Löbau take the B 178 towards Zittau. In Zittau, turn onto the city ring road towards "Zittauer Gebirge", at the Olbersdorf roundabout: turn towards Oybin / Lückendorf.

Great holiday rest
We are very pleased with our family's trip. The apartment is better than in the pictures, it had everything we needed, wonderfully located in the central part of a charming town. We especially liked the cleanliness and the rich kitchen equipment - we had all the necessary utensils to drink coffee or have a meal. Very nice contact with the lady who provided us with the apartment - even though we spoke different languages, we managed to communicate. The surroundings are beautiful, the views from the window are very nice, we sincerely recommend it.

Everything fits here. You shouldn't be mobility impaired for the stairs. Otherwise, I always like to come back?

A very nice holiday apartment!
It is really a beautiful vacation apartment for two. We had a very nice time in Oybin.
It is very centrally located and everything is easily accessible (restaurants, cafés). The park with beautiful loungers is directly opposite where you can enjoy the evening sun.
We would love to come back.

Ansonsten komme ich immer wieder gern ?
Sie liegt sehr zentral und alles ist gut erreichbar ( Restaurants, Cafés). Der Park mit wunderschönen Liegestühlen ist direkt gegenüber wo man die Abendsonne genießen kann.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
