Living room - Your living room is modern, bright and comfortably furnished. Make yourself comfortable on the cosy couch with dimmable light. You can spend a nice evening here in convivial company, watching a relaxing evening of television or a DVD. There are enough sockets and storage options available. The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space for up to 2 people if required
Kitchen - In your flat there is an open kitchen with dishes / glasses / cutlery (12x). All necessary appliances, such as refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, cooker with ceramic hob, sink and kettle are available. It is no problem to spoil your family with a delicious family breakfast
Bathroom - A fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, large mirror, dressing table and shower, leaves nothing to be desired for daily hygiene
Bedroom - The cosy double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) invites you to a restful sleep after beautiful hiking tours in the Zittau Mountains. Feel at home -

The room, decorated in warm colours and illuminated with spotlights, offers you additional space for 2 to max. 4 people. (Two bunk beds with pull-out mattress).
Please note that the bedroom is only accessible via the main hallway and has no direct connection to the holiday flat. It is therefore only suitable for adults and larger children. As there is no separate wet room, the bathroom of the holiday flat must also be used.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat "Burg" is located in the centre of the spa town Oybin - at the foot of the mountain Oybin - in the former house of the shoemaker. The spa park and the stairway to the historic Oybin Castle are about 100m away from the house. In the centre of the village you will find the tourist information office, souvenir shops as well as restaurants and cafés.

Cancellation terms:
- Jeglicher Rücktritt muss in schriftlicher Form erfolgen. Bei einem Rücktritt vor Vertragsbeginn werden dem Gast folgende Stornierungsgebühren in Rechnung gestellt:
- 50% bei Rücktritt ab 30. Tag bis 15. Tag vor Reisebeginn
- 80% bei Rücktritt ab 14. Tag vor Reisebeginn
- Alternativ kann eine Umbuchung auf einen freien Ersatztermin erfolgen.

The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of the former home of the shoemaker - unfortunately it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to a somewhat narrow, steep staircase. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Directions:
Motorway A4 / A13 to Dresden, then in the direction of Görlitz, exit no. 91 / Weißenberg - from Weißenberg in the direction of Löbau, from Löbau the B 178 in the direction of Zittau. In Zittau, take the city ring road in the direction of "Zittauer Gebirge", at the Olbersdorf roundabout: turn off in the direction of Oybin / Lückendorf.
