In the town of Usedom, shops for your daily needs are about 100 m to about m away from the holiday flat.
Lake Usedom is approx. 80 m from the holiday flat.
You can reach the bathing area at the Peenestrom in approx. 1,500 m on foot or by bike. It surprises with a small sandy beach and shallow and clear water. (see picture)
If you love the sea, you can drive from the holiday flat to the Baltic Sea beach, which is about 24 km away.

Bicycles can be rented throughout the island at Usedom-Rad
The collection point is approx. 90 m from the holiday flat. The bikes can be returned and also collected at any collection point on the whole island.
Depending on the season, Usedom offers various events, cycle paths and relaxation from everyday life.
There are several golf courses on the island with different handicaps.
An island safari is also offered, which shows you hidden places and rare animals on the island of Usedom.

Beautiful with a dog, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Very nice accommodation. Super satisfied and Mrs Baumann was very nice.

Ideal with dog - we would come back anytime
We (2 seniors with a large king poodle) liked the flat very much. The furnishings are bright and tasteful, there was everything you could wish for. The surroundings are very quiet and we were able to sleep wonderfully. The dog had access to the grass garden at all times and could romp around there. We were lucky with the weather and could already drink coffee on the terrace. There was a lockable place for the car in the garden. From our location we could easily reach the surrounding area.

Eagle's Nest
For a short holiday with a dog, a well-located vacation rental, walks can take place directly from the large garden. Fenced area with a separate dog playground. Ideal! Shopping facilities within easy walking distance. The apartment is practical, but for our taste, the living area is too dark. Unfortunately, we cannot speak so positively about the sleeping area. It is best to bring your own mattress (firm) and pillows (fluffy). Action really needs to be taken here.
The on-site care was absolutely great, friendly, and helpful. A big thank you to the pearl who takes care of the cleanliness of the vacation rental and the guests' inquiries.

Danke für Ihr Lob und Ihre Hinweise. An die "Perle" wurde es weitergeleitet. Sie hat sich sehr gefreut.
Die harte Matratze war ein Kauf aus eigener Erfahrung. Es gibt aber auch eine zusätzliche Auflage, um die Härte abzumildern.
Die Kopfkissen wurden ausgewechselt, sie waren ein Fehlkauf!

It is too small for four people. No wardrobes to store things, no terrace to use.

es ist uns sehr unangenehm, dass Sie in dem großen Schrank im Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend Platz gefunden haben. Die Terrasse vor der Küche und dem Schlafzimmer war zu dem Zeitpunkt leider noch nicht hergestellt. Ihnen stand aber die überdachte Terrasse im Anbau zur Nutzung zur Verfügung, was bei dem vorhandenen Wetter durchaus praktikabel gewesen wäre.
