Cancellations require an informal written statement. i. They can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.

Arrivals and departures can only take place on Saturdays in high season, unless otherwise stated above, and the minimum stay is then 7 nights, 2 nights in low season, 3 nights in mid-season and 4 nights at the turn of the year with any arrival and departure day.
