Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. For cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00, will be charged. iii. For cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price will be charged. iv. For cancellations between 2 and 1 week before arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price will be charged. v. For cancellations from 6 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price will be charged. In the case of a new booking after a cancellation or after the expiration of an option, room-4-u GmbH will charge a processing fee of €10. Room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees, except for a flat fee of €30.00, if room-4-u is able to obtain equivalent income by re-letting the cancelled period. A booking that has already been postponed can no longer be cancelled free of charge.

Arrivals and departures can only take place on Saturdays in high season, unless otherwise stated above, and the minimum stay is then 7 nights, 2 nights in low season, 3 nights in mid-season and 4 nights at the turn of the year with any arrival and departure day.
