Description

Flat 1 is a spacious flat opposite the Zinnowitz Park. It is in a quiet and central location. The flat is on the 1st floor of the house. There is a private parking space and the possibility to store bicycles.

You can expect:

-1 large living room with TV and comfortable couch
-1 large bedroom with double bed
-1 bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities
-1 kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances such as a 4-plate Ceran hob, microwave/oven combi, sink, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen also has a dining area

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 56 days before the arrival date.

If this contractual firm booking is canceled, cancellation fees will be charged. Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary. Cancellations require an informal written statement. i. They can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.
