If this contractual firm booking is canceled, cancellation fees will be charged. Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary. Cancellations require an informal written statement. i. They can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.

Beautiful holiday apartment with flaws (addition).
In all rooms, there are curtains that partially darken. WLAN was usable at no extra charge, and the TV and DVD player worked as expected. However, overall, the service and cleanliness could have been better: spiderwebs in certain rooms, no toilet paper upon arrival, crumpled bed linen, mismatched and incorrectly sized bed sheets, no option to add towels, and difficulty in waste separation due to only one bin. In the immediate vicinity, there are opportunities for sauna, shopping, and dining. The beach is reachable within a 10-15 minute walk along a well-kept path. Unfortunately, the neighbor's rooster crowed every morning (between 4 and 5 o'clock), but it was barely audible with closed windows. All in all, we felt comfortable and had a lovely holiday.

Beautiful holiday apartment with deficiencies.
The size of the vacation rental is wonderful for up to 4 people, two more people could sleep on the couch in the living/dining room. The first bedroom is spacious and equipped with a large wardrobe. However, more hangers could be available. The second bedroom is unfortunately so small that there is just enough space for two single beds and a tiny wardrobe. It is hardly possible to accommodate a toddler bed there. In addition, the bed is merely a travel cot. It does not come with a mattress, only the standard insert, which is rather hard and uncomfortable. Bedding (blankets, pillows, covers, and sheets) was also not provided for the children's bed. What a shame! The bathroom includes a washing machine with a dryer function, and a drying rack is available. The shower has a sufficiently deep basin for "bathing" small children in it. The hallway of the apartment offers plenty of space, and a stroller can even be stored in the corridor. The living/dining room is functionally furnished. The kitchenette is well-equipped (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with 4 plates, dishwasher), however, the dishwasher does not work properly. The dishes do not come out clean, often needing to be rinsed again, which is annoying. The refrigerator is quite small for 4-6 people and easily accessible for children, so it can be unintentionally opened often. The cutlery is of cheap quality, as well as the pots and pans. However, there are colanders, graters, and enough bowls. The couch is large and comfortable, but due to the cover, it is not easy to remove sand and dirt. The dining table is at a strange height; both in the child's high chair and on the accompanying adult chairs, one feels somehow undersized. It's nice to have direct access from the dining area to the terrace and the small garden. A parking space is available in front of the house. There are several shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
