The modern, comfortable terraced house is located in a small, quiet complex (2 rows a 9 houses) with beautiful palm garden, community pool with separated children's pool, directly on the long sandy beach of Las Marinas in Town (about 10 minutes walk to the center). From beach are just a garden gate.
The living area has satellite TV, a CD player, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer and vm. From Essbreich it goes directly to the terrace and the private garden to the pool. In the central part of the house you will find 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and bath. From the upstairs bedroom you reach the upper terrace overlooking the sea, even here there is an air conditioner. A second toilet is in the budget room.
Wireless is available free of charge on request.
The house has a gas heating and is therefore suitable for winter guests.
An external service receives and takes care of our guests.

The house is tucked away in a small palm plant directly between the beach and a park kilometers outside the center, which is also easy to reach via a path at the beach on foot in 15 minutes.
Alicante and Denia are connected by a railway line.
Accessible Denia is well on the A7 motorway, exit Denia-Javea. In addition to the car train and by plane via Valencia: 100 km or Alicante, also 100 km. Climate, infrastructure and transport connections make Denia a popular resort.

Great location and beautiful house
We stayed in this beautiful house for 2.5 months in winter. Almost everything is within walking distance. We and our dog really enjoyed the direct beach access. The house had everything we needed (very good mattresses). The property management was always reachable and very helpful. We would gladly come back.

Super house in a top location!
A truly beautiful family vacation including a dog who felt right at home in the front yard and was able to watch us swim ;). The house is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The very quiet complex is located between a beautiful park and a magnificent sandy beach. The city can be reached on foot in just 15-20 minutes, but there are also buses (the bus stop is only a few minutes away at Las Marinas). The owner as well as the lady on site are very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!

Great vacation in a beautiful house despite Corona!
We found the house very beautiful. The location is great. A short walk to the beach and the pool. Interior furnishings are good. Everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable in the house and can only recommend it. We will definitely come back. Very nice landlords!

Skandalös
House does not correspond to the description on the internet, heating not in accordance with the contract, very bad Wi-Fi!

Wir bedauern sehr, dass hier das Objekt schlecht bewertet wird, obwohl alle Beschreibungen korrekt erfüllt wurden. Das Haus hatte damals eine Gas-Wandheizung im Wohnbereich, die Flaschen hierfür konnten vom Mieter selbst besorgt und getauscht werden. Leider entsprach dies nicht den Vorstellungen des Gastes. Es wurden ergänzend noch 2 Stromradiatoren, ein Lüfter, sowie eine mobile Gasheizung mit angeboten, jedoch alles abgelehnt.
Inzwischen ist das gesamte Haus elektrisch über Klimageräte in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnraum beheizbar.
WLAN steht wie beschrieben, auf Wunsch in Glasfaserqualität im Haus zur Verfügung.
