La Cala / Benidorm lies right on the beach of Poniente. There are hardly any businesses. Bus stop to Benidorm at the door, line 5 .Feiner sandy beach, shallow water are on the first 50 m. You have an adequate supply of all nearby supermarkets. The same applies to restaurants and medical care. In and around Benidorm around there are some clinics with good reputation. From Benidorm, you are in 15 minutes in the mountains and can start the most beautiful day trips. There are great destinations, z. B. Guadelest in Callossa the waterfalls, the Col de Rat, Taberna and the Jalon Valley, etc .. Not to mention the Terra Mitica Park with its fabulous attractions and Mundomar. As tennis players there are in Alfaz del Pi, Albir beautiful clay courts and golfers find their domicile to Alicante, Altea, Oliva and Benidorm since 2006. Other Activities: gym every morning at Elk Park The house is located in the La Cala / Poniente There are few commercial businesses. A bus stop to Benidorm is on the doorstep. Fine sandy beach and shallow water are on the first 50 m. The front mounted island you can achieve when you visit Marina Benidorm (distance about 3 km, a nice walk on the promenade). From here boats sail to the island. Or take a glass-bottomed boat and enjoy the underwater world in all its diversity. A diving school is located away from your vacation home directly in the La Cala, approximately 10 m. Here you can go diving with go out or can be introduced into the secrets of diving - I mean learning with beginners. It is also possible with an excursion boat from Benidorm to go to the harbor to Calpe. Here at the harbor you can in a minimum of 6 - 7 silent fish restaurants your hunger for fresh fish and other seafood.

This apartment is highly recommended, very nice staff in Germany and also in Spain. Good layout of the rooms, very close to the beach, balcony with sea view, what more could you want. Very good price/performance ratio.

My name is Hans-Peter Oldörp and am the owner of this property .I'm private owner, so no Vermietargentur. My object is subject to registration and has an official rental permit for that I need to pay extra taxes. This also serves as the safety of my tenants. Black Rental is operated by almost 70% of the owner and can be very costly, as more inspections take place, which then affect the tenant .Lassen She is from other landlords confirmation exhibit that the object is listed as renting out the state .Then likely you pass nothing .These owner can then offer their properties cheaper because you do not pay 30% tax, thus damaging the state. Ladies locally and I are always our tenants with advice and support, wherever we can, to the side, We together form a team for the benefit of our tenants, so you like to return again to this place than satisfied guests back.
