The beautiful luxury Villa Nicol offers the ideal holiday for families or friends who want to spend it only 250m from the beautiful blue Adriatic Sea. Villa Nicol can accommodate up to 10 persons. At your disposal are 5 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 en-suite), 3 living rooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The outside area includes a completely enclosed garden with tall pines around. The private pool (size 60m2) with countercurrent swimming and water massage will make your stay unforgettable. In the garden you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the sun and a glass of a good Istrian wine. On the terrace at your disposal is an outside dinning area and barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. Private parking for 3 cars and a playroom with biliard and table tennis is at disposal as well. Villa Nicol is fully air conditioned, has WiFi connection and provides everything you need for a enjoyable holiday. Restaurants, bars and numerous other contents are within walking distance. The two of the most beautiful national parks, NP Brijuni and NP Kamenjak, are only 15 min away by the car. The center of Pula is 10 minutes by the car. Pješćana uvala is situated just a few kilometers from Pula. The location was named due to the sand beach that dominates between two peninsulas. Many restaurants and bars are located along the coast rich of different types of beaches (pebble, concrete between lager rocks). The main bay boasts numerous restaurants, two of which are the leading in Croatia. They have been included in all gastronomic guides. Pješcana Uvala offers a true gastronomic experience. The center of the town of Pula is only 5 min. by car from the location.
