Description
Your affordable beach vacation in Spain, Costa Dorada, from private owner: beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom apartment (for maximum 5 people), large living room with open kitchen. The apartment was completely renovated in November 2015, including a new kitchen. The prices are calculated for 2 people; for each additional person, 5,- Euro/day will be charged. The quiet private apartment (83 m²) has a large terrace (approx. 33m²), completely. equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), washing machine, air conditioning (cold/warm), satellite TV and WiFi internet; the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens on the windows; the apartment is located in a villa (three-family house, separate entrances) with pool (saltwater, covered in winter), garden and beautiful sea and beach view (due to hillside location), approx. 100-150m from the beach promenade. The internet connection (WiFi) available in the house can be used. The final cleaning and bed linen (without hand and bath towels) cost 80 euros extra; on request, 1 set (hand, bath, and beach towel) can be rented for 15 euros per person per stay. The price is calculated for up to 2 people; each additional person pays 5 euros/day. From October to May, electricity consumption is charged extra (electricity: 35 cents/kWh, the apt. has its own electricity meter; since the central heating runs via a heat pump (high electricity consumption), an additional €5 per day will be charged when it is switched on (as needed). There is a discount ONLY from November to May for holiday guests who wish to stay longer than 4 weeks; dog allowed for €10 extra per stay

The vacation home "Villa Tengrimar" is situated in a residential area. Low traffic street, fantastic sea/beach view; you can reach the beautiful, flat dropping fine sand beach of La Mora over stairs within 3 walking minutes. Quiet, in a romantic bay at the outskirts of Tarragona lies the wonderful seaside-resort La Mora with one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Costa Dorada, Katalunia, Spain. The green La Mora is approx. 8km away from Tarragona and 15 km von Flughafen Reus and Port Aventura); to Barcelona there are approx. 80 km. La Mora is for each taste an ideal resort: beautiful landscapes to to move or walk go, the vivid night life into Tarragona. A path with a beautiful view of the monastery Tamarit leads to a further beach in Altafulla or in the opposite direction to two nudiste beaches. From the calm, small bay promenade (with restaurants and pubs) one has a beautiful view of the sea and of the coastal rock with the "Torre de La Mora", the tower of La Mora. A large area (under nature protection) offers a lot of paths to many small sand bays. Down at the beach there are sufficient purchase possibilities: Supermercado, baker, pharmacy, bank, money automat and telephone boxes.

Dream vacation
We had rented the holiday apartment for 2 weeks in August. The communication with Lucia beforehand was really great. The warm welcome upon arrival was also great. The apartment was adequately equipped. It was a really nice vacation and we would go back anytime. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Lucia is very friendly and helpful. She also speaks good German. We are thrilled all around and will definitely come back.

Very satisfied

Pure relaxation!
Everything is great. The apartment is great and the facilities are very comfortable. The swimming pool and the view of the sea are fantastic. Very nice landlady. We will come back.

A week of great late summer vacation.
We spent a wonderful week in this bright, very well-equipped holiday apartment. There was plenty of storage space in the closets and in the bathroom. A large TV with satellite system completed the great equipment. Large spacious terrace. Ideal for breakfast and relaxation. It was very quiet and idyllic. The sound of the sea was also enjoyable. Parking directly at the house. Very nice landlady. Everything was quite uncomplicated. We will come back.

Vicinity of the holiday home: La Mora ist eine sehr kleine Stadt die fast nur von einheimischen genutz wird. Viele Ferienwohnungen aber nur ein kleines Hotel. Es gibz einen grossen Zeltplatz direkt am Meer.
