The Sea House is a cozy apartment in a very good location. The double sea view is great, from the kitchen with the village and dunes in the background, from the living room/balcony directly. Everything you need for a nice stay is there. Maybe a new frying pan. The coating of the existing one is extremely scratched. We will come back!

We have been coming to Egmond for years. Last year we stayed at the Sterflat. Here, it is especially great that there is a wonderful parking lot and we had an amazing view of the sea. We will come back next year.

We were at the Zeehuisje for the 4th time: The apartment is great, almost nothing is missing in the kitchen, and the pull-out cupboard is wonderful if you want to be mostly self-sufficient. The view is lovely on both sides. The whole experience is rounded off by uncomplicated booking processes and confirmations via email. There is always a response within a few minutes for any questions regarding possibly arriving earlier or similar. And the welcome wine is always nice too. Thank you very much to the friendly team at Rentals Egmond - our next two stays in Egmond aan Zee are already booked. :-)

The location and the view are phenomenal, the move-in with key handover as well as the emails for organization were great and simple and clearly explained. The washing machine is very good, especially for two weeks of vacation. The pull cart was very practical. Wi-Fi was great.

A pleasant holiday apartment. Nothing was missing! There was even a fan to combat the initial heat! New kitchen, even with an induction stove! The beds were comfortable and the couch very cozy. The trolley also served us well, thanks for that!

The layout of the apartment is optimal for couples or families with 2 children. The view to both sides (beach or beach promenade Egmond) was good. We liked the central location. The apartment is quietly located, and there is hardly anything to hear in the house. The existing construction site at the house is hardly audible.

It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the ocean view. The shops in the city center are also nearby. The apartment is very spacious for two people. I especially liked the table in the kitchen by the window with the bar stools. This way, you could enjoy the view while eating.

We have been in this vacation rental for the second time. The apartment is completely renovated. We simply felt comfortable. The apartment was clean. We especially love sitting at the high table in the morning and evening, looking out at the beach and life in Egmond. We liked the apartment so much that we booked it for next year. Here, a rebooking was easily done through Rentals Egmond because we had already booked another apartment. Great service. Would highly recommend.

The view from the balcony is great, and there is also a wonderful view towards the beach from the kitchen. Despite the proximity to the city and the street, it is heavenly quiet. Everything is available in the kitchen. Having the toilet and shower separate is always good. Arrival and departure were straightforward.

Our holiday apartment matched exactly the photos and description and was spotlessly clean and beautiful. The uncomplicated check-in and check-out were great, the informative and reliable communication and reminders via email, too, and a delicious red wine as a welcome gift, thank you! :-) Great that our dog could join us and that there are interesting TV channels, more than in other apartments in Egmond! Even compared to other apartments in Egmond, the Kennedyflat is well-insulated - you know you have neighbors, but the insulation is very good so it doesn't bother. And the clean stairwell and the option to brush off sand outside are a great idea!

We had a very nice week in the apartment. I spent a week there with my mother. The apartment is very cozy and we didn't miss anything. The only uncomfortable thing is the narrow toilet, especially for someone with physical impairments like my mother. Otherwise, really great and we are already planning our next stay for 2024 and would book the apartment again if available. The view on both sides is fantastic!
