Welcome to the holiday flat in the holiday park on the Glockenberg. You will like this flat if you are looking for a tastefully renovated holiday flat, especially child-friendly for up to 4 people with dishwasher, west-facing balcony. Your dog may also enjoy the holiday. I charge a flat rate of 5 euros for their " """l. From February mobile internet available

You enter the flat through the hallway with large wardrobe, coat rack, mirrored wall. As in the flat, laminate flooring with a ship's plank look was chosen as the floor covering. Our flat is centrally located in the holiday park Glockenberg 42. The flat is on the first floor. since the sun shines on the balcony in the afternoon, we have installed an awning so that you can enjoy your holiday in all comfort. The KristallTherme is 5 minutes away from us Altenau is a charming little town in the Oberharz, which has been focusing on tourism for a long time. People with a love of exercise. Health, fresh air and activities will find excellent offers here against the backdrop of an enchanting landscape. For hikers, mention should be made of the water hiking trails (UNESCO

Resin is top

First of all, very nice landlady, clean flat, comfortably furnished, you just feel at home. That's why we're going back to the Harz next year for the 5th time. Altenau is also a very nice town. Good shopping is also possible. So if you are looking for a very good and inexpensive holiday flat, book with Mrs Heinrich. Family Dierberg from Rostock MV

Very very bad

We were very, very disappointed after the description of the apartment and the location, as it is absolutely not as described here! Under a holiday park one usually understands something different: a high-rise area packed closely together with a playground for children that offers 2 play equipment which looks very old and is currently not usable. The area itself is very run-down and almost everything is closed (not because of Corona). Vacation rentals, restaurants, bars - the buildings have been empty for a long time. In Altenau itself, there are hardly any shopping options, just a small supermarket. Everything looks very empty and deserted. The area is perfect for hiking all day, but unfortunately not much else. Apartment: very small and cluttered, only suitable for a maximum of 2 people, bed in the children's room squeaks with every movement and does not seem particularly stable, some dishes are dirty in the cupboard, kitchen cabinets and drawers are unfortunately very dirty inside, the bathroom seems to have been renovated at some point, the rest of the apartment is in an old building, the kettle is unusable due to rust inside, WiFi does not work, no dishwasher, not suitable for wheelchair users as there are 5 steps to the elevator.

Leider gibt es immer wieder mal Gäste , die einfach Dinge total ungerecht beurteilen und bewerten.

Diese Bewertung , entspricht nicht der Wahrheit,
In der Wohnung ist eine Spülmaschine vorhanden, alles von mir persönlich gereinigt,
ich habe ständig Gäste , sodass im Wasserkessel kein Rost ansetzt, es ist einfach übertrieben .
Der Gast , ist bisher der Erste Urlauber , der die Wohnung so negativ einschätzt,
Auf solche Urlauber kann ich in Zukunft verzichten
Solche Gäste gibt es Gott sei dank nur selten

Holiday flat on the Glockenberg

We stayed in this cosy holiday flat in 2018. We received a very nice welcome. There was nothing missing. We could use towels as we needed them. The dog was very welcome.It was all round cosy, very clean and quiet.We are already looking forward to September 21 that we can move in again

concerns poor rating

Last year, we stayed at Mrs. Heinrich's vacation rental and must say that the negative review is outrageous. WiFi available, dishwasher present, the entire apartment very clean and lovingly furnished. Guests like that can really be avoided. We are already looking forward to next year to be able to vacation in Mrs. Heinrich's apartment again.

Hello dear Heinrich family,

It was a wonderful week in the vacation rental in Altenau, our dog also felt very comfortable, as did we. We could do a lot :). Everything was within easy walking distance. We will definitely come back because Mrs. Heinrich was very nice and helpful, just GREAT.

Highly recommended

We spent 10 days in this not only tasteful, but also lovingly furnished apartment. Everything is well thought out down to the smallest detail and we lacked nothing. We would like to highlight the cleanliness of the apartment, the kitchen appliances, and the dishes. Sommerferien in Altenau

We come from the Baltic Sea, wanted to explore the Harz with the children.
We felt very comfortable right away in the holiday apartment of the Heinrich family.
After a long journey, delayed by traffic, we felt immediately at ease and looked forward to exploring the Harz with bicycles. The apartment is so nicely prepared for the holidaymaker, you immediately feel at home. The apartment has everything to make the holiday simply enjoyable. We even tried out the electric grill with our children. We really enjoyed the 10 days, gaining many different impressions of the Harz region. We will happily come back next year.

We thank Mrs. Heinrich for her nice welcome and her great apartment.

Highly recommended

Very clean, lovingly furnished apartment. Everything you need is really there. We particularly liked the elevator, as our 13-year-old dog had trouble with the stairs. It's not far from the apartment to various hiking trails. We had a lot of snow at the end of April.

Urlaub im Harz

Our short vacation was very enjoyable, not least because of your holiday apartment, which clearly shows that it was lovingly furnished. The only problem we had was with the window blind (snap blind). We were lucky with the weather, so we could go on a long hike in the snowy forest every day. The most beautiful routes were on the Hexenstieg, which I hiked several years ago from Osterode to Thale. Urlaub in Altenau

We had a wonderful holiday in Altenau in the vacation rental with the Heinrich family. The apartment is so lovingly furnished, as Mrs. Heinrich welcomes the guests herself, you can see with how much joy she prepared the apartment for the guests. It's just lovely, with her you can immediately feel like the holiday is starting. The price-performance ratio is very good, the apartment is highly recommended.
