Villa Leon is a large beautiful, fully air conditioned newly built villa with pool. It has many Istrian details and a beautiful stone wall. It is located on the first floor and has 120sqm. In front of the house there is a large garden and pool. The villa consists of a large, modern kitchen with dining room, a living room with Istrian little things, 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, bed linen, towels and a large terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. In the living room there is a TV and a sofa bed. The garden is surrounded by a fence and thus offers privacy and relaxation. There is also a barbecue and 2 parking spaces in front of the villa. Suitable for a relaxing family holiday.

Location and surroundings of object

Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi ( in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.
