Villa Caterina is a beautiful holiday home that was completed in 2010 and is located in the unspoilt village of Kringa. All interior furnishings were handmade. The villa is located on a hectare of private land surrounded by stone walls. An archway leads into the rear area, with a large swimming pool, a covered terrace, an outdoor shower and a beautiful stone-ingrill. Next to the house is a garage for two cars. The ground floor has a spacious living room with open fireplace, dining table with seating for up to eight people and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Catarina sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, all with stylish suite bathrooms, one with a bath. The master bedroom has terraces that lead to the covered terrace. Ideal for relaxing family holidays.

Kučići is a small village near Kringa, only 3 km from the town of Tinjan. This town is known as the town of Istrian ham. It is situated in the center of Istria, on the road Poreč / Pazin, only 17 km from Poreč and the beaches of Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports centers and the beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan is the village Pazin, the main administrative center of the Istrian region, which is known for its medieval fortress, the National Archives and Zarečki krov.
