Description
The well-maintained villa with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is suitable for use by up to 6 people, who will find plenty of space in the spacious 160 sqm villa. The villa is as good as new and modernly furnished. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area in the neighbourhood of detached family houses on the Montgo, Denia's local mountain. The villa is situated on a completely enclosed private plot of 800 sqm with a private pool and is for your exclusive use.
A spiral staircase leads to the sunny roof terrace, from where you have a wonderful view of the Montgo mountain and the sea.
The covered house terrace is equipped with a comfortable lounge and a dining group. You can also enjoy the evening hours here with a cosy barbecue, a charcoal barbecue is ready. The illuminated pool gives the property a wonderful Mediterranean flair. The 4 x 8 metre pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for you. An outdoor shower is provided for cooling off in between.
The detached villa has a very spacious living-dining room, each with a terrace exit from the dining area and from the sofa group, so that there is a nice transition to the garden here. Two sofas and a dining group for 6 people are available. In addition to the flat-screen TV with German SAT reception, the furnishings also include an internet connection via WLAN, which can be used free of charge. The kitchen with hatch and breakfast bar is extensively equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine and all cooking utensils. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. - the black sofa set shown above has since been replaced with a high-quality, light-coloured set
You can park your car on the enclosed property. The distance to the beach as well as to the city centre is 2,5 km, shopping facilities are 2 km away, restaurants are about 1 km away.

Alles war sehr gepflegt
This year, we were in this house for two weeks as a family with 2 kids. Just a dream - very large garden - plenty of space for the kids to play. Everything was very well maintained. We have already booked for next year.

Too cold for wintering.
Too few and too small radiators for the large open living space. Heating at maximum capacity only reached a maximum of 17 degrees in the living area. The house was completely cold upon arrival on January 6th with an indoor temperature of 13 degrees. We did not feel comfortable. Parallel street very loud, heavily trafficked, and loud noises when passing over the broken manhole covers. The plus points were the good kitchen equipment and the good mattresses. Everything indicated was available. We cannot recommend this house for wintering.

Wir nehmen es uns sehr zu Herzen, wenn ein Mieter mit dem Haus unzufrieden ist, zumal wir bisher ausschließlich zufriedene Gäste hatten. Wir haben beim vorherigen Winter-Mieter nachgefragt, dieser hatte bei Ankunft das Haus mit den auf „wärmen“ umzustellenden Klimaanlage durchgeheizt, sind einkaufen gegangen und hatten bei Rückkehr bereits eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus, und haben uns auch während es gesamten Aufenthalts eine angenehme Raumtemperatur im Haus bestätigt. Bzgl. der Strasse haben wir mit unseren dortigen Nachbarn gesprochen, die dies in keiner Weise bestätigen können (der defekte Kanaldeckel – dies tut uns natürlich leid - wurde zwischenzeitlich erneuert) und man hört die Straße wirklich nicht. Viele vorherige Mieter hatten uns bestätigt, das das Haus in einer ruhigen Lage liegt.
