From the apartment, you can directly access the property and your own furnished terrace with a permanent grill. From the
terrace, a gate leads directly to a large
meadow behind the house. There, hiking trails pass through, and the cross-country ski trails start there. You have a view of the
nearby forests. In clear weather, you have a view of the Alps. About 200 meters behind the house, but not audible, there is a beautiful playground, a sports facility with a soccer field, basketball court, beach volleyball, roller skating facility, tennis courts, and a sports club restaurant. The spa town of Bad Dürrheim, with its famous SOLEMAR, Europe's oldest brine bath, is approximately 3 kilometers away. Many wellness offers and special events delight both adults and children there. In addition to the many restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, and boutiques, there is also a very beautiful spa park here, featuring a Kneipp hydrotherapy facility, Kneipp meadow and paths, herb garden, singing bowls and sound games, fish pond, playground, table billiards, tennis facilities, sports equipment. The spa house with its terrace operation offers dance and cultural events as well as culinary delicacies, whether at brunch or at the Sunday morning concert, at reasonable prices. Adjacent to the spa park is
the Bad Dürrheimer golf course, as well as an archery range. Opposite the spa park,
there is a mini-golf course, which is enjoyed not just by children. At
the Saline Lake, you can go walking, feed ducks, and in summer, ride pedal boats. In
the Kapfwald, you will find many hiking trails with places to stop for refreshments. Other events
take place at the Town Hall Square, in the Citizen's House, and in the Guest's House. There is also a tourist information office. Numerous shopping opportunities, groceries, textiles, toys, garden, furniture, automotive, etc., are located in the commercial area of Bad Dürrheim, 1.5 km away.

Vacation Black Forest 2025
Very spacious holiday apartment with very good amenities. Nice balcony with a great view and additionally a terrace. We felt very comfortable and took nice trips to the Black Forest. Ms. Wehlend is a very nice landlord and gave us some tips for the area.
