Location and surroundings of object
The house borders directly on extensive, hilly meadows with a view of a farm and thus guarantees pure relaxation and recreation from the very first minute. The first walk from the house should lead down to the Schlei, which is only a few steps away. There, a narrow footpath winds along the waterline.
The holiday home is located in a residential and holiday home area in the district of Kopperby, about 4 km from the centre of Kappeln. The distance to the Baltic Sea (Weidefelder Strand) is about 7 km. There is a playground directly on the Schlei about 400 m away. Smaller boats (canoes, rubber dinghies) can be launched directly into the water in the immediate vicinity. The marina with slipway for larger sailing and motor boats is approx. 800 m away. Guest moorings are also available here for a limited time. The town of Kappeln has developed into a leading tourist resort in the region in recent years. Of course, the wonderful nature of this landscape in the Angeln/Schwansen region has also contributed to this. The Schlei River, which stretches from Schleimünde on the Baltic Sea to Schleswig in the interior of the country for about 45 km, offers a variety of opportunities for water sports. In addition, there is the proximity to the Baltic Sea, where you can spend beautiful beach days in good weather.

Cozy with lots of nature
The house is equipped with everything you need and more, lovingly decorated and cozy. Books and games are also available. There are three equal bedrooms on the first floor, where the spacious bathroom is also located. There is also a toilet with a shower on the ground floor. Two terraces with garden furniture and a view of the greenery. We immediately felt comfortable.

Cozy time with friends
We stayed at gulen Hus for the second time and had a great time in the special atmosphere of this excellently equipped and well-maintained holiday home. Cooking for several people is fun at gulen Hus because everything is optimally furnished. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were completely satisfied.

Great vacation - all around!
We have spent a very relaxing time here. In this house, you can only feel comfortable! Beautiful atmosphere, lots of space, lovely terrace, great amenities. We have gotten to know and love the Schlei region and the climate. Everything your heart desires: peace, cycling, beautiful beaches, walking, fishing, kayaking, and great food! Highly recommended: sheep cheese from the farm shop and fresh bread rolls from the farmer's shop in the morning (pre-order!).

Creamy vacation home in a great location
During the first week of summer holidays, I was together with my girlfriend and her parents in the Gulen Hus. The holiday home truly offers everything you need in terms of amenities. The surroundings are beautiful, especially the view of the meadow with the cows is absolutely idyllic. The managers are really nice and friendly. We would come back at any time!
