This luxurious three-storey property offers 800 m² living space with plenty of room for max. 19 persons in 6 bedrooms with 6 en suite bathrooms. Two additional guest toilets are available.
On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable kitchen. The spacious rustic dining room offers seats for 30 persons. On this floor there is in addition a living room as well as a double room with private bathroom.
In the "Bel Etage" you find spacious halls which are perfect for reading and relaxing. Particularly noteworthy is the hunting room with its ancient frescoes.
From this 1st floor you have direct access to the garden.
On 2nd floor you walk through the large lobby, the so-called music room, to the bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin bedroom (each with private bathroom), a suite consisting of a double room (with private bathroom), a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a further suite with 1 double bedroom and living room with sofa bed for 1 person.
Outdoor
In the large, fenced garden the swimming pool (6x 12m; to deep) is located in a beautiful panoramic position with its surrounding well-tended sunbathing area.
In the former stables you can prepare on a grill outdoor-meals which you can enjoy on rustical tables. Gladly the owner serves as well on request ready-made dinners with products from its own cultivation.

Wonderful house in a great ambience
Very beautiful old villa with splendid gardens full of fruit trees and vines, wonderful view of the surroundings from the terrace.
The tranquillity is very restful.
The care and evening hospitality by the Tuscan cooks were excellent.
The pool is beautifully situated in the grounds and very clean.

Summer vacation with 4 families
We felt very comfortable in this villa. It is stylishly decorated with antique furniture, and gives the feeling of living in the 18th century. The bathrooms are modern and provide a good feeling.
What is not mentioned in the description is that the pool is about 100 meters from the house and is located on the hill. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was not usable, as it is very outdated and does not properly clean. But we really felt good and relaxed.
recommend for: holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday
