The LIVING ROOM is connected to a large conservatory, 41 sqm in total. This offers the luxury of enjoying sun and light all year round. The conservatory is floor-to-ceiling and has a glazed pointed roof, all in a wooden beam construction. Both rooms are lovingly furnished with terracotta tiles, quality carpets and Eden rattan furniture
The living room has a three-piece, floor-to-ceiling window element 3.00 m wide with a tilt-and-turn door and a French balcony. An ideal breakfast spot with beautiful views of the garden - roses, lavender, tall trees and playhouse. A comfortably equipped Miele counter kitchen with 4 bar stools is integrated into the living area with its upscale ambience
A high-quality double sofa bed (lying surface 145 x 205 cm) in the living room invites you to snuggle up and offers two additional sleeping possibilities.
The FIREPLACE in the conservatory, the warming fire, the cosy crackling and crackling provides well-being, comfort and a very special room climate. The fireplace offers pleasant warmth not only in winter. The fireplace is also wonderful in the transitional seasons, on cool summer nights or for romantic hours for two. The view extends into the greenery on all sides and in front of the crackling fireplace you can enjoy any weather through the glass roof, even if it is stormy or snowing. Time to dream or read! There are about 50 books to choose from, social games, children's books and games are also available as well as a Panasonic Smart TV. The conservatory is not visible from the street. The resort town of Ascheberg is idyllically situated on the north-western shore of the Großer Plöner See lake in the Holsteinische Schweiz nature park. This area with its numerous lakes (200) belongs to the natural area of the Ostholstein Hills and was formed during the last ice age
Here you will find good conditions for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers and cyclists.
Sights worth seeing include the "Sventana" corn windmill, St. Michael's Church and the 250-year-old linden avenue. Thanks to its good location, you can quickly reach the surrounding towns from Ascheberg and experience cultural events there as well as admire other sights. Plön and Eutin with their castles are particularly worthwhile, but the small villages in the area also have their own charm. We recommend a bicycle tour or a hike. This way you will experience the dreamlike nature and the quiet surroundings much more intensively and you can arrange your excursion flexibly.
Ascheberg is a holiday resort in Schleswig-Holstein with about 3000 inhabitants and is situated in the North German hill and lake landscape at the Great Plön Lake (Holstein Switzerland Nature Park). A place made for relaxing days. On the one hand, peace and tranquillity, on the other hand, the great variety of leisure activities such as horse riding, golfing, cycling tours, hiking and culture form the best basis for a varied holiday. Lake Großer Plön, in combination with many other small bodies of water, e.g. the Schwentine, is ideal for water hiking, paddling, rowing and sailing. The Plöner See round trip as well as the five-lake trip offer the best insights into nature and bird reserves. The Baltic Sea with its seaside resorts and beautiful old towns such as Lübeck, Travemünde and Kiel is about 25 minutes away by car. A beautifully situated 18-hole championship course and a public 6-hole short course, in the middle of Holstein Switzerland. Here every golfer will find everything to make his heart beat faster. The course has many difficulties but is still easy to play with little wind. The roughs are mown in a golfer-friendly manner, the fairways are in good condition and the greens, which are partly surrounded by water and bunkers, are excellently maintained.

Relax and drift off to sleep! Who would not like to? Bedroom 1 has a patio door overlooking a beautiful garden and biotope. You can watch the sunrise from your bed! Bedroom 2 has a large window overlooking a Mediterranean courtyard terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished with original paintings (experimental painting) by a young artist from Schleswig-Holstein, which you can purchase. The bedrooms are equipped with modern pine furniture, the beds with washable pillows and duvets and high-quality mattresses as well as adjustable slatted frames. There are swivel reading lamps above the beds, otherwise wall and bedside lamps. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe. The single beds can be fitted with a safety gate for child safety. In bedroom 2 there can be an additional travel cot with restriction. 1 travel cot and 2 highchairs are available free of charge.

A great short holiday
Lovingly furnished, cosy holiday home. Come in and feel at home! With frost and snow, light the fireplace and switch off. Unfortunately it was far too short, next time it will be a bit longer. Very nice landlady, uncomplicated handover and acceptance. Many thanks for that. There is only one piece of information missing from the description, especially for families with children: there is no dishwasher. Even after thinking about it for a while, there is nothing negative.

Beautiful accommodation for a relaxing holiday
Lovingly furnished holiday home in a beautiful garden. The landlords are always available for questions. We were particularly taken with the beds, as these are a problem in many accommodations. The conservatory was of course the hit. With sunshine and lush plants all around, pure relaxation. We will gladly come again.

We felt very comfortable! The conservatory makes bad weather cosy! Wheelchair handling possible in the house with assistance, just step into the house and conservatory. But space enough for a simple wheelchair. Thank you! Remember, Ascheberg-is on a mountain! Shopping facilities within walking distance on site.
