The covered part of the terrace is equipped for cozy barbeque evenings with a seating group and a brick barbeque grill. At the kitchen entrance, there is a small, also covered, outdoor kitchen.
The 160 sqm large, well-equipped villa is divided into two floors, which are connected by an indoor staircase. In the living room and the three bedrooms, air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures. Each of the rooms also has its own satellite TV. Access to the house can be through the main entrance on the lower floor, from which an interior staircase leads to the living area on the upper floor. The house can also be entered directly on the upper floor via the glazed living terrace. The kitchen also has an exit and entrance. All entrances have a uniform central key. The upper living floor is on the same level as the pool.

walking distance to the beach, lovely
we especially liked the location of the villa, we could walk to the beach, a wonderful, large bathing bay with sandy beach, and otherwise we were also satisfied with the house all around :-)

Fantastic holiday destination
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful and very clean house! A bit away from Calpe (3 km), which would have been too bustling for us. We were glad to be accommodated in Benissa. The weather was great, in the first week we used the pool every day, in the 2nd week it was not as hot anymore, so we only used it occasionally. The only thing we didn't like was that there was no window to the outside in the lower bedroom (inside, with a window to the hallway where there was also a window). Also, the slightly steep driveway to the property, which made us worry about the rental car's exhaust pipe and bumper. These were really our only points of criticism. We would book again at any time.
