The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are provided.
The separate bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm with duvets and bed linen.
The living room has a sofa, dining table with 4 chairs and TV.
You have your own entrance.
You may not smoke in the apartment. But it is possible outside on the private terrace.
Parking is located on the door.

The apartment is located in the popular south of Zandvoort 150 meters from the beach
It is just behind the Boulevard where there are many restaurants.
The surrounding area of Zandvoort aan Zee is best explored by bicycle. When VVV Zandvoort you can easily (electric) bikes for rent. To avoid that you go astray, you buy there also equal one of the many bike trail maps ;-)
Zandvoort aan Zee has one of the finest beaches in the Netherlands and also is geographically central. So you can simply alternate a nice beach day with a trip to our lively capital, its interesting museums. Zandvoort aan Zee has a direct rail connection with Amsterdam. Within half an hour you are from the beach at Amsterdam Central Station. Or take the train in 15 minutes to Haarlem.

Great vacation
The apartment is very nice with its own small terrace. My dog Charly felt right at home. We had everything we needed.
The bed is good and also high, I slept great. The couch is cozy and also wide enough. Unfortunately, it was too cool for the terrace (only a quick coffee was possible).
In just under 10 minutes we were at the beach. The weather cooperated and so we could let loose. In between, we always made ourselves comfortable 'at home' again. The center is also reachable in a few minutes.
The week went by way too quickly and we had to leave again. But only to come back next year.
We are looking forward to it.

Experience Holland
We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Dullaert upon our arrival. Thanks to the parking space directly in front of the holiday apartment, we did not have to deal with annoying parking searches and the associated extra costs for the parking ticket. Mrs. Dullaert gave us many tips on what we can explore here and what is worth seeing. The holiday apartment "ELLA" is centrally located, yet still quiet. The beach is just across the street. Bicycle paths lead straight from the holiday apartment in all directions. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the center. The train station is also nearby. From there, we took the "Sprinter" to Amsterdam Central in half an hour on three days. We brought our bicycles, which we could securely lock in front of the holiday apartment without any issues; there were even outlets available for charging the batteries. The holiday apartment was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. And in the courtyard, there was a seating area, completely alone and undisturbed for us. We have already booked again for 2026, because we had unforgettable days here, and for that we say THANK YOU once again!

Nice landlord - super holiday apartment
We stayed for a week with our dog at the holiday home Ella. For us, it was the perfect accommodation and the best we have ever had. We can only confirm the positive reviews. We would gladly come back.

Comfortable holiday apartment
We highly recommend this vacation apartment.
Very cozy, quiet location, inner courtyard terrace,
very good bed, we slept very well.
The beach and restaurants are in close proximity.
Parking space right in front of the door.

Wonderful short vacation
We booked this beautiful apartment for a long weekend in February and were warmly greeted by Jan Willem upon arrival. It is pleasantly spacious and very cozy for two people, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The double bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The bathroom is tastefully equipped, everything is brand new, and plenty of fluffy towels are provided. The kitchen has a gas stove, a large fridge, and a dishwasher. Additionally, the apartment has its own terrace, which is not overlooked. The location is unbeatable; we didn't move our car once from the on-site, free parking. The beach is 3 minutes away, and the center with restaurants and supermarkets is within walking distance. Jan Willem and Thalita are very kind landlords. We would love to come back to this tasteful accommodation at any time.

Bett ist gut und auch hoch, hab prima geschlafen. Couch gemütlich und auch breit genug. Leider war es zu frisch für die Terrasse (nur ein schneller Kaffee ging).
In knapp 10 Minuten waren wir am Strand. Das Wetter spielte mit und so konnten wir uns austoben. Zwischendurch machten wir es uns immer wieder 'daheim' gemütlich. Das Zentrum ist auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Woche war viel zu schnell vorbei und wir mussten wieder abfahren. Aber nur um im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.
Wir freuen uns darauf.
Frau Dullaert gab uns viele Tipps, was wir hier so erkunden können, was Sehenswert ist.
Die Ferienwohnung „ELLA“ liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Zum Strand ist es nur über die Straße hinweg. Fahrradwege führen gleich von der Ferienwohnung in allen Himmelsrichtungen. Zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Zum Bahnhof ebenfalls. Von dort aus sind wir an drei Tagen mit dem „Sprinter“ nach Amsterdam Central in einer halben Stunde gefahren.
Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit, die wir problemlos sicher vor der Ferienwohnung anschließen konnten; sogar Steckdosen zum Aufladen der Akkus waren vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Und im Innenhof war eine Sitzecke, ganz alleine und ungestört für uns. Wir haben für 2026 gleich wieder gebucht, denn wir hatten hier unvergessliche Tage und dafür sagen wir noch einmal DANKE!

sehr gutes Bett, haben sehr gut geschlafen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe Strand und Lokale.
Autostellplatz direkt vor der Haustür.
Sehr nette Vermieter.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.
Durch die Lage ist es sehr ruhig und die Bäume geben angenehmen Schatten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder...
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett man hat sich gleich willkommen gefühlt.

wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir ohne Auto da waren, war alles sehr gut machbar und wir konnten alles erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, konnten wir immer zu euch kommen, dafür wollen wir auch nochmal Danke sagen! Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Auto kann die ganze Zeit im Hof geparkt werden.
Der Strand ist nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und viele Strandbars laden zum gemütlichen Rumsitzen ein.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber sowie liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind super nett.
In der Wohnung sind sehr viele Haushaltsdinge wie Müllbeutel, Gewürze, Spüli, Tee, Kaffee usw. vorhanden.
Besonders toll fanden wir, dass eine Mappe mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vieles mehr vorbereitet war.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Alles da was man braucht! Selbst Kaffee, Salz, Zucker etc...
Da wir 14 Tage geblieben sind, wurden sogar noch Handtücher nachgebracht, echt nett!
Es sind keine 2 Minuten bis zum Strand, trotzdem ist die Lage absolut ruhig.
Wir komnen schon viele Jahre nach Zandvoort und haben schon einige Ferienwohnungen kennen lernen dürfen, diese ist mit Abstand am besten!
Also alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten(Zucker, Kaffeepads,Salz,Pfeffer ,Toilettenpapier,Spülmittel und und und )waren vorhanden .Man merkt das das die Vermieter gerne Gastgeber sind .
In den Betten haben wir himmlisch geschlafen.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Fahrräder können sucher im Innenhof abgestellt werden.
Kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt.
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestatet.
leider ist unser kurzer, aber wunderschöner Urlaub vorbei. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt in der kleinen, aber kuschligen Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und man fühlte sich gleich zu Hause. Tipps und eine Mappe vor Ort halfen beim Bahn fahren nach Amsterdam z. B. und Spaziergängen. Diese Unterkunft kann man ausnahmslos empfehlen und wir kommen garantiert auch wieder, da aber mal für länger. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals und herzliche Grüße von der Bergstrasse

Zu dem war vieles schon vorhanden, womit wir so nicht gerechnet hatten.
Es gab Kaffeepads , Toilettenpapier , jede Menge Handtücher usw.
Dann war da noch ein super neues bequemes Boxspring Bett , in dem man nicht
wieder aufstehen möchte.
Auf der kleinen aber feinen Terrasse haben wir den Abend bei einem Glas Wein
ausklingen lassen.
Das Badezimmer ist kommplett neu und maritim modern.
In der Küche konnte ich super für uns kochen , weil sie für alles ausgestattet ist.
Von der lage des Apartments aus kann man tolle Touren machen , Harlem , Amsterdam usw.
Zu dem ist die herzliche Begüßung und Begehung des Apartments mit der Vermieterinsehr schön gewesen.
Wir werden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder mieten.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr gemütlich, mit guter Ausstattung.
Top Lage, sehr Strandnah und viele Möglichkeiten zum spazieren oder Rad fahren :)
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
Ansonsten alles gut, besonders das Bad. Kurzer Weg zum Strand , viele schöne Fahrradwege in der Umgebung!!!
Amsterdam und Harlem nicht weit.
Bei Fragen und Hilfe war sofort jemand zur Stelle. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und sind ganz sicher bald wieder hier. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal :)
