Description
Our beautiful, generously equipped holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and underfloor heating. The house is very lovingly furnished and offers space for up to 4 people on a living area of approx. 80 sqm. In the bedroom there is a double bed 2x2 m and a large wardrobe. The children's bedroom is equipped with a double bed 2x2m and a wardrobe, 2 children's travel beds are available and can be added. The living room has a two- and a three-seater sofa, a dining table for 6 persons and a digital satellite TV system. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped, from a coffee machine to a baking dish. A fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher are also installed/present. From the living room you have direct access through a balcony door to the 24 sqm terrace, which is located in a sunny position and invites you to relax. A barbecue is available for use on nice, balmy summer evenings. Parking spaces are available on the property. The natural beach is only about 250m away. Many other worthwhile excursion destinations are within easy reach (e.g. the flintstone fields in Neu Mukran, the old port of Sassnitz, the towns of Binz and Sellin, the Störtebecker Festival). 4 bicycles (1 men's bicycle, 1 ladies' bicycle and 2 children's bicycles) are available for free use. Please bring your own personal protective equipment for cycling!
You also have to bring your own bed linen and towels!
The house W-LAN can be used free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in a small, quiet holiday home settlement between Sassnitz and Binz, in a natural wooded area. Today, the traditional seaside resort of Sassnitz is mainly characterised by its port operations and is known for its ferry connections to Scandinavia and Lithuania. The Sassnitz fishing harbour with its pier is a popular destination for watching the Baltic ferries and fishing boats. The charming surroundings, the spa architecture of the old town, the special flair of the Sassnitz town harbour and the nearby beaches make Sassnitz an ideal place to relax. Sassnitz offers its guests a wide range of leisure activities, for example walks along the beach or to the nearby flintstone fields, fishing, sailing, swimming, play and leisure centres, horse riding, bowling centres, fitness studios, excursion boat trips, fishing and harbour museums, a museum of underwater archaeology, a zoo and a leisure centre. Neu Mukran with its district of Staphel lies between Binz and Sassnitz. Both places can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Staphel is characterised by a wooded landscape with individual private houses, gardens and a hotel. The Wostevitz pond is within walking distance.

Cancellation terms:

Beautiful short vacation
The house is very clean and has a great equipment. Quietly located but shopping opportunities and excursion destinations can be reached in a few minutes. We really liked it.

Summer vacation
Very nice holiday home in a quiet location and yet everything is quickly accessible. The amenities are great! As a family, 2 adults and 3 children, we have enough space and have been there several times and are happy to come back.

Hello, we spent 1 week in this beautiful holiday home. From booking to vacation, everything was perfect, and the communication with the landlord was great.
